W dniu meldowania się w pokoju było trochę śmierdząco, ale jest tam wysokiej jakości odświeżacz powietrza do ubrań i pokoju, całkiem niezły.
Stażysta mówi biegle po angielsku, obsługa jest doskonała.
Mam sklep spożywczy CU i Starbucks na parterze, całkiem nieźle.
Ale lokalizacja - do najbliższego metra (Hoehyeon), trzeba przejść przez metro, niezbyt przyjazne do noszenia bagażu.

Excellent location for tourists, close to lots of hot spots. The customer service was good, and the room was quite clean as well. It would be better if they had more facilities in the hotel, such as a spa or a gym.

The location is about 10 mins walk from City Hall station and exit 7.
The room is clean but the wash basin is not in the same room as the toilet cubicle.

The hotel is near the station of city hall. Just 5 mins walk to subway. Downstair has convenient store and many Korea and western restaurants, coffee shops.
Going to shopping is convenient. Great place to live and highly recommended.

I love this hotel chain, stayed im both japan and korea’s Hotel Gracery and glad to say the service are always the same. staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and bed is comfy.
