Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

Staff is okay - trying to help despite English. The air con in the room was a mess. There was rubbish on the room floor when I entered the room. Room was not sound proof - quite noisy in the morning.

Location was amazing in the middle of Myeongdong. Walkable to a few MRT stations.

Great service at this conveniently located hotel in the heart of Myeondong. Highly recommend! Right next to Olive Young!

Good location and service. Can store luggages if not possible for early check in. Got some gifts for the kids.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right located in the middle of myeongdong. Kids will receive kids amenities when they check in. Breakfasts are great! The cafe is located at the top of hotel with nice scenery. We will be back again!

Super convenient location in the heart of Myeongdong, great buffet breakfast too!

All good and everything is meet my expectations for the room cleaniness and services. The location is at the cetre of the market street and very convenient for street walking and shopping.Breakfast nice and variety of choices. Not much facilities like swimming pool or gym room for this hotel, but it is ok as i don't use it usually. The only bad is taxi cannot reach direct to this hotel and you have to carry your heavy luggage to the main road for the taxi.

This place is really convenient if you love to shop in myeongdong. Food and cosmetics all around but so crowded. The hotel room is small but with full amenities. Probably will stay again next time.

Location and cleanliness is fantastic. However we are disappointed by the charges of lost card. There is penalty of $20 per lost card and was not mentioned to us during check in . We only realised its written on the card holder when being told during check out. Despite request for a waiver, the staff(M.J Go) did not even make effort to check with the manager on this. As service industry I feel more efforts should be made to keep service at tip top and not just insist on penalising customer with a lost card. Do check out Japan, China and some Korean hotels. They don’t implement such penalty. Hope this can be improved if not kindly highlight this to the customer upon check in. Thanks!
