Superb location in gangnam area. Convenient to go everywhere by subway and bus. There is 7-11 at basement. The bed is smaller than other hotels I have ever stayed in Seoul but its comfy. The bad sides are no toothbrush and toothpaste provided and you cannot ask for more bottle of water.

The hotel front desk is on floor 9. Easy check in and out. The room is clean.

While staying there, there was something wrong with the flush water and hotel sent a staff to repair and fix it right away. Very impressed with his professionalism and service.

Overall good except room service as they forgot to make a bed one time and give room shoes one time.
There is one thing to remind that they don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

Would never book this again as no toothbrush nor 🪒, and you need to buy through their vending machine and very costly! Not convenient at all for business travellers!
