The location is kinda okay, what's really impressive is the service and price, it's really worthy, will stay here for another stay!

Amazing experience, good bang for the buck and on top of everything the breakfast isn’t really good. I’d recommend the Hotel Riviera Soeul

I booked a superior suite, especially because of the photos on *********** showing it has a bathtub. When we arrived, the staff at check-in lied to us that we were "upgraded" to a junior suite....this does have no bathtub and compared to the photos on this website it was a clear downgrade. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL CHEAT ON YOU!

The hotel is gorgeous but the staff are not so friendly!
Except for the housekeeping lady who smiles a lot and talks to us guest, and the door man at the entrance downstairs.
The rest of them are no smiley and strictly work focused! They look and tired and kind of pressured that relating to guest is not a priority😩

They have dirty swimming pool .After paying the huge money if don’t get room amenities it’s must be frustrating.

The room and interior layout was very old fashioned. Also, when staying at this hotel, you will need to buy a toothbrush and toothpaste. There was a need to use testers for hair shampoo and body soap.
