Reason to stay here is because it is next to Lotte World Park! Nice stay, clean and luxurious environment. Good shopping nearby too. Didn't take airport bus downstairs since we have much luggages and it cost about same with cab at around SGD60.

I tried to call front desk for more blankets, they just didn’t answer. They are too busy with their own customers like for weddings or whatever… you can’t control your room temperature. I was freezing every night.

The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. The hotel room is very nice and very spacious. Very friendly staff at the hotel. Has 7-Eleven, and a department store entrance.
