The location of the hotel are great, nearby MyeongDong night market around 5 mins walking distance from metro stations MyeongDong Exit 9 and Chungmuro Exit 5.. For those who travel with big luggage, advise to use Chungmuro Exit 5 to go to hotel due to shorter walking distance and with escalators to carry luggage, as MyeongDong station don’t have lift and escalators ya.. Hotel facilities meet all the requirements , staff are multilingual, coin laundry are available at B2 , process of check in and out are fast and easy.. Hotel also able to help us order taxi to airport, price may refer to the picture.. Overall very satisfied with this stay, with the price we pay we can more than we expected. Definitely will visit this hotel again 😊 Till next time ☺️

I have a lovely stay in Baiton and would definitely be back if I visit Seoul again. It’s right near the exit 6 of the subway station with convenience stores and a lot of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. The housecleaning lady came everyday to clear the trash and make the bed. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the airport, which is very convenient! Highly recommended!

Location is prime. Right in the action for seruous shopping in myeondong. Exit 7 of Myeondong station w a small escalator, turn ur luggage sideway to go up smoothly. Exit 8 is nearer but no escalator. Hotel has 11 stories i think. Our room was 704 w view of shopping belt below. Believe 04s unit are located right next to the lifts. A bit busier and noisjer but we are good. Choose city view if u like to see hustle bustle of the shopping streets below. Otherwise, check with reception for the other view. Reception speaks good English and was prompt in their service. Housekeeping is prompt. Room is small.can fit in 28in luggage in the walkway, half open. See pic. Room with two single beds. See pic.

For the price paid, can get bigger better room in the same area or cheaper price for same room size. It’s even more ex than 4 stars hotel on some days which I don’t know where the hotel get the confidence level from. Amenities very minimal (sanitary bag, water, shower cap). Shared toiletries and tissue. Location is good as it’s opposite lotte and in myeongdong. Hotel receptionist not bad but reservation team very bad, just wanna earn money. Cleaner aunty was nice. I won’t stay again this hotel unless price is cheaper else not worth.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

I had an exceptional stay at Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon, South Korea. The staff's hospitality was remarkable, and the rooms were not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated. The hotel's prime location in Itaewon made exploring the vibrant neighborhood effortless. The amenities, including the rooftop bar and fitness center, added to the overall delightful experience. I highly recommend Hamilton Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Seoul.

budget hotel with great view, super clean, nice breakfast. and i think this hotel is best in korea. 1. fast wifi - even business hotel, it's very convenient to use laptop in the lobby and fast wifi in my room.. 35Mbps 2. super clean. every toyoko in in the world same. super clean. even under toilet, super clean 3. nice breakfast. free alllll with nice foods 4. super kind. especially in Yeongdeungpo toyoko in, i felt very very kind... so i extended my staying more 3 weeks. i booked all days separately from 2019. dec to 2020 Jan. 5. nice parking lot. among all toyoko inn hotel in korea, this place is best for parking.

Excellent service - smooth check in despite being delayed and late arrival (11:35pm). Great breakfast options, best location for Hongdae/AK Plaza. Conveniently close to many transit option. Plenty of food and entertainment choice nearby. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Property and room is clean, great maintenance and the room in particular gave a great view. Staff went out of their way to contact me on behalf of airport transfer, which saved my from missing my departure flight.

Really helpful they let you drop your baggage before check in time at 1 PM. Comfortable room with big TV, the view was ok, friendly and helpful staff.

It was close and easy to access from the airport right away! The lobby staff were warm and kind, they showed me the collaboration space with Klairs and there was a whole series of Klairs sample you could take to use in the hotel stay (sunscreen, cleansing oil, moisturiser for day and night, cleansers, different types of toner, omg it was like the whole Klairs family was there for free use!) in the hotel room there was also shower kit (face & body, shampoo, conditioner) that is liquid free (because it’s in a bar form! Bar conditioner was a first time for me, but it was still good on my hair, btw you can even buy it from the lobby if you like the product and care about the environment (only 5000 won!). The pyjamas were the most comfortable! Next, the roof top bar was superb the caramel filling muffin was good and ice americano was so smooth (if you are a guest you can have a discount). It is near Gangnam and Apgujeong, and nearby the hotel there is a police box so the neighbourhood is safe. The only downside is laundry room did not provide any detergent, so maybe you have to bring your own detergent pods. I’m not sure if the reception sells it.
