Amazing hotel, I guess it has been renovated recently . The room is magnetic, and the staff can speak English quite well . Swimming pool, jacuzzis (3 of them), sauna and steam room, excellent gym with table tennis 🏓 equipments makes this property and excellent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as I am a huge fan of Chinese food, not much of western food, but there are kids station, bread, coffee (good one) , sausage and bacon, and several other options of pastries such as croissants and danish. Thanks XiaoWu小伍 for the amazing service guiding us around the rooftop, taking pictures of us, and giving assistance providing all the important information on how to enjoy the hotel facilities . the only bad thing is the costumers , a huge amount of them smoke everywhere although there are signs saying the whole property is forbidden to smoke. The hotel should remove the ashtrays in front of the elevators . Unfortunately it is a problem in China when you go to hotels and makes very unpleasant the shared ventilation bringing smoking smell into other people’s room.

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Decent selection of Chinese and Western breakfast choices. The Western restaurant is a bit expensive, but there are some great restaurants near the hotel. There is one amazing noodle shop about 1 block to the west. It is near an alleyway. Blue interior open on two sides. Cheap but amazing noodles. Also, there is another restaurant to the west with a wooden facade that has wonderful beer fish.

Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

Absolutely loved this hotel! I thought the pictures looked a bit too good to be true for the price, but the rooms look exactly like the pictures. My friend and I booked a twin city view room to share, but upon arrival we loved it so much we changed to 2 separate queen bed, river view rooms. The service was amazing, staff spoke English and were very helpful with us changing our booking. Breakfast was delicious, the spa is amazing and I even bought some of their spa oils to take home (spa oils and eye masks are provided complimentary in the rooms). Drinks in the mini bar are also free and refilled every day. Close to everything you want to see. Hotel even arranged a car for us to go to the rice terraces. Waimai is also delivered straight to your room. Perfect, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel area was very nice. Huge garden with swings and a big lawn, perfect for kids to play. There is a little zoo there too with a few exotic birds and rabbits. The king size bed was enormous and very soft. We enjoyed sleeping in it a lot. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a good selection of both Chinese and western food. Definitely a recommended choice to stay in Guilin. 服务：very helpful and polite staff 卫生：the room was very clean

Unfortunately we were still one of those old style backpacker travelers with families that doesn't have the online payment including the online app taxi service. Made it quite an inconvenience for us to look around the old ancient town. There are no taxis anywhere, we walked for several miles to get to the ancient town which was 80% ghost town. Had to catch the bus on the way back. There isn't just enough to see around except being a bit closer to the pier for the ferry the next day. The hotel in general is very elegant and pretty with a great view of the river. We had booked a discounted room thinking we wouldn't be in the room that much. But now definitely would pay extra to stay in the hotel more and enjoy the views of the river and mountain. They have beautiful beautiful spacious rooms with balconies that are facing the river and mountains. Super gorgeous. Thankfully the hotel's restaurant serves great delicious food!! There isn't any restaurant around really, quite hard to hunt for food as a foreigner. Lovely place to chill and walk along the Lijiang River. And lets not leave out the customer service of the hotel are absolutely brilliant and excellent.

Right across from Elephant Park Scenic Area. The manager Alice speaks English and was very helpful. I got upgraded to a room with a view, which was very nice. I also bought the “extras package” which included a fruit plate, drinks, and a 1 1/2 hour visit to the park with a photographer. He doesn’t get paid by the hotel, but you can choose 5 photos free and then pay 20 rmb for the other ones you like. He knows all the angles and places, although I wish I had more time in the park just on my own. Breakfast is good, with DIY noodles and everything you would expect. The room was clean and spacious. I came in too late for the pick up service, but was given 50 rmb of my 100 rmb fare reimbursed. There is a nice rooftop bar on top! I would recommend for sure. Especially if you are just there for the night.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a solo traveler, I do feel that it’s good for one night to experience that design and pampering space. There are bus tour groups which go there and seem to work well with the KTV, Buffet meals, and lounging areas. From my trip, I stayed for two days after the Chinese Qixing Festival. It was really nice to arrive and have access to the teatime snacks and desserts as well as the wonderful architecture and furniture design. The outdoor pool is nice, however the indoor pool charges 50 yuan because they offer drinks and snacks. The only drinks and snacks they offered were juice boxes and some fruit. One employee told me that there were cocktails available. The exercise room and yoga room were set up very nice. The shower rooms very clean. I would not pay for the indoor swimming pool in my opinion based on the drink/snacks. The bar that is advertised from some user photos does not exist. Some employees said it was open, others said not. Management can communicate that better, as a lush hotel should have a solid lounge. The tea lounge does not have any alcohol drinks available, but rather decoration of wine bottles. The design is gorgeous though. One employee told me that they ran out of alcohol due to holiday, and another employee told me that there was a bar open which really was not. I simply went to get my own spirits when I wanted a cocktail (made in my room). Other than that, everything in the hotel was fine. My room was really lovely with the exception of the fact that you cannot go out on the balconies and there is a smoke smell from the carpet. The hotel gladly gave me a an air purifier to help alleviate the smell. My opinion is that the power should be sat on before a guest checks into their room. I had to change the filter over the two days. It did not appear that the KTV was open (maybe epidemic), I decided to go hang out in town, but enjoyed the Victorian flair when relaxing. Overall, the comfort, bathing, and relaxation was great. The breakfast is really delicious, and the service of the employees all around was impeccable despite the fact that they could not offer all of the amenities. It seems an OK place for families/photos as well since the property is unique. The 50 yuan for tea time was probably the most valuable, and the room service staff are detailed. The butler/reception very professional, Ayi staff amazing. Transportation quite easy.

Loved this hotel. It looked newly renovated so everything in the room was in great condition! Very worth the price we paid :) Location is great too, it's on the pedestrian street itself with plenty of food options nearby, and within walking distance to the twin pagodas and Elephant Trunk Mountain park. My family was very happy staying here. Service was quick and efficient too. Our first time at an Atour hotel and we will definitely consider staying at other Atour hotels in future.

This hotel was honestly a great stay if you wish to stay close to a few attractions. I had a two days stay but just a day to roam around and was able to do the Sun and Moon Towers, The Glass Bridge as well as Elephant Trunk hill all in one day. I also did Reed Flute Cave but that was a taxi ride away. The breakfast served was really yummy and they had a wide variety of options. They had toast and eggs, fresh fruit, rice, noodles and lots of other dishes. The hotel itself was very clean and I enjoyed the staff as they always greeted us when we walked into the main lobby area. If you happen to order in as I did on my last day, a robot will bring your food to you. Overall it was a great stay with modern facilities and thirty second walk to the lake. The rooms however although advertised as ‘lake view’ were only views of trees with maybe a tiny glimpse of the lake. Overall it was a great stay and I’d totally choose this place again.

1. Location: It is very close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes cruise ship and Xiangshan. It can be reached on foot. There are shopping malls and restaurants around, making it convenient for eating and shopping. We went to Yangshuo by boat. After contacting the travel agency in advance, it was very convenient to take a bus in front of the hotel. 2. Parking: There are very few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but there is a three-dimensional parking lot not far away. Don't worry about not having a parking space. We went to Yangshuo, and our car can still be parked in the parking lot here, which is good.

The hotel was excellent! Location was great, there is a highly rated restaurant around the corner and it was really good food. We were able to walk around easily and find many things so the hotel is very convenient. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and they were trying to help us get our room as soon as possible. Instead of making us wait for them to copy all our documents etc they got us all checked in and returned our documents to us later, that was so kind especially when traveling with kids! They placed our family and our friends we were travelling with on the same floor and we all were happy with our rooms. We took a family room for myself, husband and 2 kids. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and they had a really nice bathroom and bath. We would definitely choose to stay again.

I felt very good staying at the Guilin Hotel. I will continue it for two days. The key is that the room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is neat and comfortable, the quilts and pillows are dry and breathable. The cleaning lady Yi Yuanju gave me a few bottles of water to make coffee. She was very considerate. I checked in A beer and fish set meal was also given, and the breakfast was also good. come back next time.

Super reasonable 5star accommodation at the fraction of cost. If one is free to use didi(Chinese version of Uber), location isn’t such a big issue. However, if one expect not only comfy room but also requires 5star service, I recommend pay more for global brand hotel. Breakfast was good enough for those who are already accustomed to Chinese style. All staffs were very kind, helpful, and enough for Chinese local hotel. Stayed for 2days and fairly satisfied especially room conditions and cleanness. The only issue that I wasn’t comfortable was the lousy atmosphere at the lobby and breakfast. However, I am well satisfied with the super reasonable value. I will definitely consider back on my next visit to Guilin for sure.

The hotel rooms are very large and the details are well done. Free parking is available in the underground parking lot. We booked two rooms. The double bed rooms have very big beds. There is no problem for a family of four! The breakfast is average, which is not worth it compared to this price! The swimming pool will not be open until May. If you are taking pictures of the swimming pool, it is best to consult the front desk in advance to see if it is open! Two coffee vouchers for each room, you can make American coffee and Italian coffee, you can take it away!

Great location which is convenient for the walking street near by and other places such as the temple. It is not a “staycation” type of hotel, rather more of a place you would drop your bags and head out to walk around😊 The hotel is very basic and perfect for that over night stop. The staff are very friendly and there are people who can help organize tours etc. It’s not overly loud and the room is very neat, spacious and clean. Lovely little tea set in the window. For a long stay it may not be ideal for most, as from the rooms there is no view, but for a overnight stop or just as a place to sleep, it is certainly convenient and great value 😊 Ps a taxi cannot physically take you right there as it is in the middle of a walking street. But they can drop you very close.

The location of the youth hostel is very good. There are a lot of delicious food nearby. It is within walking distance. I ate there for several days and enjoyed all the delicious food nearby. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t made a guide. There are many recommendations from the bosses on the hostel’s wall. You can eat at any of them. The food is delicious and not expensive. One day, I went out with my friend who was staying at the youth hostel to play with the boss. It was so fun. If you stay in a youth hostel, several scenic spots in the city are not far away. The boss’s corgi is super cute! Come again if you have a chance! !

This hotel is in a good location, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, the front desk is excellent, the waiters always smile at me and quickly deal with my needs. This hotel was honestly a great stay if you wish to stay close to a few attractions. I had a two days stay but just a day to roam around and was able to do the Sun and Moon Towers, The Glass Bridge as well as Elephant Trunk hill all in one day. I also did Reed Flute Cave but that was a taxi ride away. The breakfast served was really yummy and they had a wide variety of options. They had toast and eggs, fresh fruit, rice, noodles and lots of other dishes. The hotel itself was very clean and I enjoyed the staff as they always greeted us when we walked into the main lobby area. If you happen to order in as I did on my last day, a robot will bring your food to you. Overall it was a great stay with modern facilities and thirty second walk to the lake. The rooms however although advertised as ‘lake view’ were only views of trees with maybe a tiny glimpse of the lake. Overall it was a great stay and I’d totally choose this place again.

It has a 270-degree ultra-wide outdoor terrace with a view of the sunrise and sunset. It is located on the 6th floor of the hotel.

The young lady at the homestay is very nice, the housing location is excellent, the house is clean and tidy, the most important thing is that the sheets, quilts and pillowcases are all freshly washed, with a fragrant smell, and sleep super comfortable 😊

1. Location: It is very close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes cruise ship and Xiangshan. It can be reached on foot. There are shopping malls and restaurants around, making it convenient for eating and shopping. We went to Yangshuo by boat. After contacting the travel agency in advance, it was very convenient to take a bus in front of the hotel. 2. Parking: There are very few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but there is a three-dimensional parking lot not far away. Don't worry about not having a parking space. We went to Yangshuo, and our car can still be parked in the parking lot here, which is good.

My family of three loved this hotel. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was such a beautiful peaceful place to return to each night. We appreciated the coffee available in the seating area. It's located right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. City ebikes and bicycles were within walking distance too. If we return to Guilin, we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Guilin Central Palace Hotel was exceptionally satisfying. We booked a king size room and was spacious. Breakfast and afternoon tea time came with many selections that were amazing delicious! Staff was always very helpful. We will book again to stay in Guilin next time.

It was originally scheduled to check in at 2 o'clock, but the train arrived more than 7 o'clock. The receptionist immediately helped us handle it and helped us to open the room early. The location of the hotel is really good. On the right side of the door is the best rice noodle shop I have been in Guilin for 7 days. Facing the pedestrian street at the back, there is a Little Red Riding Hood selling net red glutinous rice, and duck intestines for 10 yuan and 60 skewers, which is better than anywhere else They are all cheap, the hotel room is very internet-famous design, the mattress can sleep on anything, there is an open-air garden restaurant for check-in on the 7th floor, the things used on the 7th floor seem to be a bit old. But the price/performance ratio is definitely OK in the vicinity. The old woman went to the night market on Bali 3rd Road starting at 5 o'clock, and went to the Heishan Morning Market in the morning to buy some New Year's goods. The hotel in the city center is very satisfied. By the way, the self-driving car also reimburses the parking fee, 30 a day.

The place to stay is very convenient for transportation. It is less than 50 meters away from the Sun and Moon Twin Towers. It is super convenient to walk to the two rivers and four lakes and Xiangshan Scenic Area by boat at Zhiyin Wharf. The homestay has two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. The room is large and clean. The toilet is a bit small. The whole house has air conditioning. The appliances are relatively complete. The first choice for a family to travel. The Jinlongzhai Hotel is downstairs. After eating, you can go upstairs to rest. It's cool. And very affordable and cost-effective. It is inconvenient to park, you have to go a little farther, but the landlord is warm and the service is thoughtful, and it must be five-star praise.

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Decent selection of Chinese and Western breakfast choices. The Western restaurant is a bit expensive, but there are some great restaurants near the hotel. There is one amazing noodle shop about 1 block to the west. It is near an alleyway. Blue interior open on two sides. Cheap but amazing noodles. Also, there is another restaurant to the west with a wooden facade that has wonderful beer fish.

When I was booking a hotel, I made the decision immediately after seeing the environment on the cover. After we arrived in the middle of the night, a young man was waiting for us at the door to receive us enthusiastically. He helped us check in and guided us to the room. It felt very comfortable to check in. The night view is beautiful. When we woke up in the morning and sent us out, we felt the comfortable, clean and fresh environment of the hotel in the park. Breathing the fresh air made me feel better. Facilities: Although it is not a new and modern hotel with a sense of technology, it embodies the leisure and comfort of vacation everywhere. The rooms and stores are clean and fragrant, and it is very suitable for couples and families.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a solo traveler, I do feel that it’s good for one night to experience that design and pampering space. There are bus tour groups which go there and seem to work well with the KTV, Buffet meals, and lounging areas. From my trip, I stayed for two days after the Chinese Qixing Festival. It was really nice to arrive and have access to the teatime snacks and desserts as well as the wonderful architecture and furniture design. The outdoor pool is nice, however the indoor pool charges 50 yuan because they offer drinks and snacks. The only drinks and snacks they offered were juice boxes and some fruit. One employee told me that there were cocktails available. The exercise room and yoga room were set up very nice. The shower rooms very clean. I would not pay for the indoor swimming pool in my opinion based on the drink/snacks. The bar that is advertised from some user photos does not exist. Some employees said it was open, others said not. Management can communicate that better, as a lush hotel should have a solid lounge. The tea lounge does not have any alcohol drinks available, but rather decoration of wine bottles. The design is gorgeous though. One employee told me that they ran out of alcohol due to holiday, and another employee told me that there was a bar open which really was not. I simply went to get my own spirits when I wanted a cocktail (made in my room). Other than that, everything in the hotel was fine. My room was really lovely with the exception of the fact that you cannot go out on the balconies and there is a smoke smell from the carpet. The hotel gladly gave me a an air purifier to help alleviate the smell. My opinion is that the power should be sat on before a guest checks into their room. I had to change the filter over the two days. It did not appear that the KTV was open (maybe epidemic), I decided to go hang out in town, but enjoyed the Victorian flair when relaxing. Overall, the comfort, bathing, and relaxation was great. The breakfast is really delicious, and the service of the employees all around was impeccable despite the fact that they could not offer all of the amenities. It seems an OK place for families/photos as well since the property is unique. The 50 yuan for tea time was probably the most valuable, and the room service staff are detailed. The butler/reception very professional, Ayi staff amazing. Transportation quite easy.

Nice hotel, not far from the city center, very close to the two rivers and four lakes of Elephant Trunk Hill. Affordable. Mainly there is a place to wash clothes. The room is equipped with washing powder, disposable slippers, disposable paper cups, too nice. Anyway, it’s okay for me. Health and service are very good. It would be better if the hardware was upgraded again, hahaha
