Sorry to give a bad review but my room was dark, dirty and smelled bad. The water would not drain away in the wet room shower, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom and the smell was very bad. I only paid 400 Baht though as I just wanted a place to rest overnight. The more expensive rooms are likely much better. One concern is that I found someone else's medicine in my bed in the morning when I was checking for items I left, so I'm a bit concerned that maybe the sheets weren't changed from the last guest..but I'm hopefully completely wrong about that. The walls are very thin and the doors heavy. I could hear what the next room was saying and they were in and out of the room constantly, banging the door each time (not the hotel fault, but if the building wasn't so old, it wouldn't be so noisy). It does have off-street parking though (but not covered), which put my mind at ease about parking my bike.

The location of the hotel is great, especially the ability to park on the roadside is a very important aspect for me. The room is spacious and clean enough to be worth its price. A very welcoming stay and lovely people. This was our second guesthouse in Namtha and definitely the most comfortable. The onsite restaurant was well stocked and he food was tasty for breakfast lunch and dinner. Very conveniently located. The rooms were plain but clean and the services of on-site bike rentals, and laundry made this a better choice for my group than our first stay. The family is very nice and helpful. Thank you for a great visit to the region! If you can get one of the front rooms the balconies are very nice.

A very welcoming stay and lovely people. This was our second guesthouse in Namtha and definitely the most comfortable. The onsite restaurant was well stocked and he food was tasty for breakfast lunch and dinner. Very conveniently located. The rooms were plain but clean and the services of on-site bike rentals, and laundry made this a better choice for my group than our first stay. The family is very nice and helpful. Thank you for a great visit to the region! If you can get one of the front rooms the balconies are very nice.

Sorry to give a bad review but my room was dark, dirty and smelled bad. The water would not drain away in the wet room shower, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom and the smell was very bad. I only paid 400 Baht though as I just wanted a place to rest overnight. The more expensive rooms are likely much better. One concern is that I found someone else's medicine in my bed in the morning when I was checking for items I left, so I'm a bit concerned that maybe the sheets weren't changed from the last guest..but I'm hopefully completely wrong about that. The walls are very thin and the doors heavy. I could hear what the next room was saying and they were in and out of the room constantly, banging the door each time (not the hotel fault, but if the building wasn't so old, it wouldn't be so noisy). It does have off-street parking though (but not covered), which put my mind at ease about parking my bike.

The location of the hotel is great, especially the ability to park on the roadside is a very important aspect for me. The room is spacious and clean enough to be worth its price. Hotel sympathique; les bungalows sont tres confortables et le personnel essaye d'apporter toute son aide malgré un anglais tres limité. L'hotel est un peu excentré mais ils organisent une navette à la demande pour descendre dans le centre. C'est appreciable car il n'y a pas de restauration dans l'hotel en dehors du petit déjeuner. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, prévoyez tout de meme de quoi atténuer le bruit de l'école et du bar en contre-bas.
