I hope this matter can attract the attention of Four Seasons Hotel. I have lived in Four Seasons in many countries. I have never had such a hacking behavior. If you go to live I must also be careful that they will do things on the paid items. I checked the bill the night before the check-out. Stayed for 4 days, every hotel staff was very enthusiastic and they would take the initiative to say hello to me. We would recommend the Safari package with lunch in the Serengeti, because such a great lunch had the other visitors there not ;-), thanks to the kitchen team at this point.
