Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, ale pokój nie był czysty: na podłodze były kawałki szkła i krew, mogło nas to zranić! Prowadnice drzwi i szafy nie działają prawidłowo. Jedzenie jest w porządku.

Jest to idealny hotel na spędzenie wakacji z imprezującymi przyjaciółmi lub rodzinami z dziećmi ze względu na baseny i udogodnienia. Nie polecany dla osób z dobrym słuchem, dość głośno w nocy ze względu na profil gości, którzy wychodzą na drinki…

The room was not made up when I arrived. Plaster was missing round the outside of the doorframe, the lock for the balcony door was broken and the showerhead was snapped off (see pictures).
It was reported to reception and I was informed that a director would have to review it and contact me. After 72 hours I had not received any communication, and therefore sent an email to the company. I still have had no reply or even any acknowledgement of the issue

La cola al hacer Check in no avanzaba y no funcionaba el Check in online que tienen en la empresa. La habitación era para dos y nos metieron cuatro camas todas apretadas sin sitio para nada más. Las instalaciones en general bien, balcón con vistas a las piscinas y personal en cafetería muy amable.
