The staff were exceptionally helpful from the moment I checked in. Room service and food was spot on. The king-size room option was amazing, spacious bath tub with separate shower was a nice added touch.
The property is conveniently located, the main sites are all walkable. Many restaurants options to choose from as well.
The only negative, I paid €16.50 for breakfast one morning due to an early tour I'd book. I felt for the price it was a very limited continental breakfast option. Perhaps this could be reviewed and a reasonable price offered instead.
Apart from the breakfast cost, everything else was amazing.

Nice and clean hotel and the staff was so amenable and helpful. The morning crew at breakfast were accommodating, kind and over the top customer service. The front desk staff equally accommodating and helpful. Loved the location easy to get to all the sites, great restaurants etc etc.. great hotel!

Cental giving easy walking access to all the sites. Modern, clean. Nice breakfasts. Restaurants everywhere around. Bit of night club noise one night. Would use it again.

Great staff and location! Right next to Las Setas Encarnación Market! Staff was great and very friendly. Antonio from the front desk was very attentive and caring. Recommended!!

Great hotel, great breakfast, very neat rooms, clean, but very noisy, you know that when you are right in the center. The hotel itself is noisy and it is a pity that the staff puts everything out at 7:00 am (tables, heaters) and therefore makes a lot of noise.

Best hotel I’ve started at. Great location, helpful and kind staff, lovely room, and modern and stylish furnishings and artwork. Great rooftop bar and lounge area. I will definitely stay here again and very much recommend this place to anyone. It won’t disappoint!

Good location easy to walk everywhere. The rooftop bar is perfect to relax with a drink & nice view. Room a good size & has everything you need. However it felt rather dark as the only window faced the inner courtyard so there was a shortage of natural daylight. Good selection at breakfast but no vegetarian choice for a hot breakfast apart from eggs. Overall a good stay & I would recommend it.
