Lovely staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. Bedroom spacious, overlooking the street. A nice big bed, which was very comfortable. Enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the terrace. Would certainly stay again, as the location couldn’t have been better.

Due to a mix up (which was completely my own fault) we had to rebook - the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The building is stunning and in a fantastic part of Seville with views of the cathedral. Our rooms were large and lovely, with antique furniture and very much in keeping with the style of the hotel. Price very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace and watching kestrels, swifts and swallows swooping above and around the cathedral. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Charming boutique hotel with perfect location a few steps from cathedral! We were warmly greeted by Marco - he offered us cava on the roof terrace which was a great way to settle in after our drive from Lisbon. Marco continued to give us great advice and direction during our 3 days in Seville- and the ladies who served us breakfast each morning in the comfortable lobby were equally gracious. Only drawback is narrow one way street made it harder for us to meet our tour guides- but we learned that is common in these ancient city centres and easy to adapt!

Authentic hotel very close to the cathedral and historic area. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast served on the roof terrace where we got to hear ALL of the the bells, very atmospheric. We had a window onto the street which was lovely little noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We checked in after midnight and the receptionist was vey helpful. Very neat and clean. Very centrally located and most attractions were within walking distance. Good breakfast and tapas restaurants nearby.

Could not be better situated in a small street leading up to the cathedral, with plentiful bars and restaurants within easy reach while, surprisingly, not being particularly noisy considering the location. The building is beautiful with rooms around a central space that would probably once have been a small courtyard. Quirky, with big, interestingly decorated rooms, but the freestanding bath in ours was so rickety it felt like stepping into a small boat in an Atlantic storm, except without water, as the tap fed it with a trickle, so pretty pointless. Staff are friendly and helpful, but having to order breakfast 15 mins ahead is a pain and what comes is not the greatest. If starting the day with a good breakfast is important to you than either look elsewhere where there's a breakfast buffet or choose the no breakfast option and go to one of the many nearby cafes that advertise a range of breakfast choices.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were so helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The very pleasant man on reception Friday 9th February booked our rail ticket and was very helpful with recommendations for places to go in seville. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful with a great central location, the staff were very professional and friendly. We had breakfast on one of the days and that was tasty and good value. Some small changes would make a big difference however. Our bathroom was tired and in need of an update. There was a beautiful claw foot bath that was sadly unusable due to very low water pressure, I think it would have taken a few hours to fill! The antique feature wardrobe was lovely but not practical and we found there was very little storage for clothes, some extra hangers or more practical drawer space would resolve this. Minor points only though, we very much enjoyed our stay and would return and highly recommend.

Perfect location and within walking distance to everything! The room was huge and had very high ceilings which was nice. The bed was large but could have been more comfortable. We booked a grand deluxe room with a balcony that was supposed to have a view of the cathedral but the balcony was quite tiny and the windows were dirty so we couldn’t really see outside or stand on the balcony, so it wasn’t really worth it for that upgrade, although the size of the room made up for it. Breakfast was good and nice to have the option to be served in our room! The rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the cathedral. Service was excellent. Shower had great water pressure. Overall a good stay.
