Very central location. Beautiful building. The double room at €120/night is too small. The bed was hardly enough for two medium size people, and there was only one pillow. Breakfast was included and people are friendly.

only thing i like in this hotel just staff was great, and the location its near center and stores, anything else for me was bad, hotel need renovation and the bathroom is shared.

Nice property in good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room and bathroom is small but this was expected.
Would be happy enough to stay in this property again

Gorgeous hotel, especially inside! Very nice staff, and safe location! We loved our room (which had a little sink), as well as the location in the coty (very close to las setas and to the alcazár).

Worst experience. I was staying right behind the reception 1st floor. There is a very small street outside but you can hear everything inside/outside. The noise from: the ladies heels, moving beds at 1am, people dropping things, truck making noise at 2:39am. The window is broken and unable to close, this is a security issue because it is a street side window. It is so difficult to bath because of the low water pressure. The toilet is from the 1940 with overhead tank and there is a vent above the water tank full of debries/dirt/rat poop. Terrible!!!

Staff was really nice. Be careful before submitting reservations, make sure the shower and bathroom included. Otherwise you get room without it and they will charge you extra if you want upgrade it .

Everything was perfect, easy check-in, super nice staff, clean, close to center, easy access to smoking area on rooftop, breakfast was great
