Hesperia Sevilla

Great customer service, walking distance to centre. Close to main metro line. Access to shopping centres. Great restaurant next door. Might be worth mentioning that the gym is not part of the hotel and is €18 for a day pass.

Before booking please note this hotel will not cancel, change or refund any booking once made.

Great hotel with a touch of luxury. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety. However, the pool needs more attention and maintenance to match the overall quality of the hotel.

A newly renovated hotel, clean and beautiful. Room is great and service is great. The only downside is the location, 12 mins walk from the Santa Justa train station, but there's merely any tourist attractions nearby.

Very comfortable hotel located in central shopping area , a lot of tourists stay. Metro station was Nervion.

all is good. beautiful decoration. nice service. very much choice for breakfast. but i really dislike the smell in my room :( the room looks clean, but i don't know why and where the smell comes from but of course i didn't try to feedback to the hotel as my short stay here, late check-in and early check-out here. as for my very early check-out, the hotel offered picnic for us, which is so sweet. thanks.

Terrible stay… the 4 stars hotel is a Scam. It almost destroy my experience in Seville. The gym room and indoor pool charge extra fee…which is not aligned with my understanding about a so-called 4 star hotel. We got a super smoky room in the beginning, the smell is far away beyond my tolerance. There is no coffee maker and kettle inside the room… the room service lady told us no kettle in room is a standard practice. Thanks to Trip.com helpful customer service team, we finally got a kettle on the 2nd day. We didn’t ask for house keeping for green purpose, so we only make call to ask if we could get bottle water refill, one day they delivered them to our room, the other day they told us we must go down to the reception to take the water… I don’t really know what’s the standard. The hotel overall give me a feeling of Cost reduction… just like the hanger design in the wardrobe.

The hotel has nice decorations but it is located not very near to all tourist spots. One has to take bus or train from near the hotel to the destinations which will take easily take 15-30 mins. There is only one restaurant nearby. The counter staff is not very helpful in offering local tour information apart from asking us to consider joining the local tour.. Luggage storage is provided free though and

Service must improve!
