I checked in yesterday and they have a problem with internet for the whole day so i am unable to done my work. And for today they only replaced one towel in my room. I called to the reception staff asking for towel, she said okay. After 5 minutes, a guy from reception give a call and mention they don’t have stock for the towel!! How can it be?? I called back to the reception, a lady pick up my call and she said okay she will send it up. Thanks to her. So the question here, what is happening with that guy actually??? 1st there is no internet connection on the first day, lucky the second day it back to normal. 2nd you guys didn’t replace two towel in the room, 3rd you mention that you dont have enough stock for towel while you only gave me one towel?? And that lady manage to provide me the towel. Please bring your own towel if you wanna stay here. Overall facilities is okay. The lobby is nice and clean. Just need enough training for the certain staff here. Treat your guest with fairway and we will comeback.

This is a great dentist office they do fantastic work all of the people who work there are very pleasant it is very clean neat and calming environment they help put my smile back together and make it bright white I have had an implant done there and also a veneer and they do excellent work thank you Dr Shah

The area is so beautiful.. it's really hard to get into this hotel.. it's not systematic and really annoying.. for those who want to bathe in the pool, make sure you bring a swimming suite, otherwise you won't be allowed to bathe. Owner did not write ready to bring swimming suite

Very responsive owner / admin via Whatsapp. Response to message quickly and giving clear instructions for check in & out.

✅ spacious (we have big luggages and still having ample space for walking around)

Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall.

Nice to visit with family.
The unit is okay but a bit smelly of animals in the living room (like a cat or something).
Group chat created to make it easy for the communication between customers and management.
(Suggestion: Need to advise the customer either to buy the parking ticket or use touch & go if the parking pass is still not available for the customer to use in the future.) - will help the customer a lot to make decisions and make it easier for them to travel.

MMajapahitLocation is good as eateries outlets are close by. We paid RM125+RM50 (Deposit). Last minute chk-in bcos the homestay was locked when we came @ 0020 hrs. Anyway for that price is not cheap, aircon wasn't cold enough despite adjusting the temperature on the remote control. Front desk did not even inform us that there was a free WIFI. Staff needs to be train. We were still in the Doctor's surgery room, called them to inform that we may be slightly late but will definitely rush back to chk out. Eventually we chk out at 1300 hrs and was charged RM15 extra for the one hr late chk out. 1st and the LAST time for us.

GGuest UserThe reason i've booked this hotel is because its located at a strategic location if occupant having an event at MBSA Convention Centre on the opposite road. I've booked a Family Suite for 2 nites (23-24 Dec 2023). Once enter the room, I found out that the fridge cable is too short to plug-in, so i cannot use the fridge during my stayed in that hotel. I also checked with the hotel staff and found out that there is no Wi-Fi available in this hotel, previously it was listed in the facilities list before I made the reservation. Insufficient towel given as my booking is with 2 kids age 12 & 17, only two towel are given and luckily i had brought extra towel from home. There are also no tissues provided, even a box of facial tissues, our toilet also has no tissues provided. The hotel facilities mention the provision of a hair dryer, but none were found in the room. The door lock also sometimes doesn't work so I have to go to the counter and ask the counter staff for help.

PPeter WongAttending an event in Fairly Heritage Park nearby thus selected this hotel. There are a few dining options available around the hotel - four fingers, marry brown, McDonald and others restaurants are within walking distance. However option for non halal are limited with one Chinese kopitiam behind the hotel but they are only open for breakfast.
Cleanliness is not up to par. Just meeting minimum standards. Floor mat to bathroom is dirty. Very basic bathroom amenities best to bring your own bath towels. Aircon is strong but the compressor sound is audible at night. Noise from street is also very obvious. Area above my tv is leaking.

GGuest UserWe booked 13 rooms for an academic visit in Shah Alam for 3-4 Jan 2023. All rooms were clean and nicely done. Each room is provided with 2 towels, soaps and shampoo. TV and air conditioner are all work well. The shower is a bit broken but the rest is all good. The highlight here is the bed. Very clean with fluffy pillows you can only get from 5-star hotels 😁 Deposit of RM50 for each room must be paid before you check in. As we did not bring enough cash, we asked if we can only put up RM100. The reception guy was kind enough to call the owner of the hotel to get a yes from him. After much negotiation, we agreed with RM200! Thanks to them!

LlameiazzaI chose to stay at this hotel because it is quite close to Malawati Stadium where I watched the Monsta X group music concert. I only walked about 7 minutes (800m) from the concert location. What I like about this hotel is its surrounding location, that is, it is in a quiet environment. Beside the hotel there is a rice rice restaurant/restaurant and a halal cake shop. across the hotel there is 711 to buy food, drinks, snacks and other needs. Then there is Hero Market where the restaurant buys fresh fruit. Check-in process (there is 50 RM deposit and travel cost 10 RM) and check-out is very fast, the reception staff is very friendly. I stayed in a twin room (two beds), although the room size was not too large, the facilities were quite good. In the room there was a small table to put 2 bottles of mineral water complete with cups, up to a shelf to put dirty crap. It is necessary to note that the bathroom is very small and to turn on the shower, the sink has a clue. Bathroom facilities such as towels, sachets, liquid shower soap and shampoo are provided. For travel, there is no taxi, there is only GRAB, so GRAB applications should be on the phone.
