Very good experience at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helped me alot from check in to check out.Especially special thanks to Qin Qinglong. He helped me with everything and especially 5 star review for his service. I will visit again

The room were closed up and having good reception.I always book this hotel for sightseeing and business trips.The location is nearby 虹橋airport,it takes around 10min depending on traffic jam.
There is a big park the along the rive .That place is good for running.

Great place and great facilities, near the airport. Slight distance to nearest eatery around 500m, but with delivery not an issue.

The service and facilities are excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast menu is extensive and very tasty.

The hotel is difficult to find the didi driver really had no idea where to go and because 2 hotels are side by side.. hard to find.
once inside.. the hotel is very clean, the employees are easy to talk to even in English.
There was a food delivery problem, that lead to a late night visit from the police.. .that was frightening as a foreigner.
In anycase the hotel was nice and offered a free ride to the Airport in the morning.
