Easy access with 地铁站 right opposite of the hotel. Hotel did provided extra necessity needed with just a call to reception. We enjoyed the free laundry service and supper provided.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with the train station directly across from the hotel. Complimentary supper and snacks are provided, which is a nice touch. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, and there are washing machines and dryers available in the main lobby for guests to use at no charge.

Hotel provided a very nice experience for my stay in Shanghai, including free early breakfast (5-7am), supper (9-11pm), and self operating washing machine to wash your clothes (whenever required). They also have automated delivery for the food from G floor to your room, which reduce the unnecessary direct contact with others due to hygiene purpose. One thing which can be further improved is the electric clothes steam iron. It is noticed that the steam output is blocked as the steam hose is bend, making it difficult to iron clothes.
Overall, the hotel still the best in the area!

Very near the metro station and 5 mins car ride from shanghai railway station.
The staff were so nice, they wrote heartwarming letters to us everyday (noticed our clothes were lying around and helped us to hang it up etc, provided specs cloth cus she noticed specs lying around)
They also let us checked in early (due to available rooms) which gave us much needed rest. Washing and drying clothes were very convenient, the hotel staff will even send our clothes back to our room.
We will definitely return, the service is top notch!

The train station was conveniently located directly across from a pedestrian crossing at the hotel entrance, making it easy for travelers with heavy luggage. The room was clean and spacious, providing enough space for four of us to open our luggage, and the beds were also very comfortable.
The hotel offered dental kits and various additional amenities in the lobby, such as rubber bands, masks, shoe cloths, wet tissues, and more. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available in the room.
The service was outstanding, especially when I needed assistance with food delivery and restaurant reservations. The reception staff were patient and guided me through the entire process. I would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Shanghai.

Really enjoy our 3 nights stay in this hotel. Staff's attitude are great, great room with great facilities. Also come with free supper every night. Walking distance to metro station as it is just opposite the hotel. Washing machines and dryers are provided as well at hotel downstairs. Highly recommended!!

My first review on trip.com and in fact my first booking with them too.
Anyway, would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Amazed by the robot delivery services at any time of the day. Laundry is free too. You just need to put the clothes in the washing machine and the hotel staff will transfer it to the dryer for you when done and you can collect your clothes the next morning. Really useful esp for families. However, there is no baby bathtub available so we ordered our own via delivery. Location of hotel was central too. Subway station entrance is just diagonally across and it’s a 10-15 mins drive to the bund. Thumbs up for the service staff too. There is free supper from 9pm to 11pm.
