Hotel staffs are super duper rude when we first touch down to checkin, to ask things at counter and also when we left. Its our first day to china and due to their staffs it made us feel bad about china’s culture.

A bit difficult to reach the hotel since after exiting lingkong station you need to find taxi to go to the hotel but there's little to none taxi around there. Place is ok as long you didn't confuse with the other hotels with the same name. Amenities are ok but place is ok for the price. The only good thing is they provide free shuttle to and from the airport. All in all, a cheap place for you to temporarily rest before or after a flight

This hotel has great service for people who has transit in Pudong, they offer the shuttle bus to the airport and very punctual. They also offer a great simple breakfast. The price is reasonable, especially the receptionist, 小王和小陈 are quite helpful in supporting us by english. Highly recommend 😊

The room only come with 1 breakfast but they offered me another free breakfast. The room is quite clean. Will recommend to friends.

Everything is good, but one of the night shift receptionists has been impolite to us. It's disappointing.

A decent enough hotel around 10 minute's drive from the airport. We had trouble contacting the free shuttle bus driver (no Chinese SIM card), but found it waiting at the departure point (Right outside Gate 23 in Terminal 2 on the 3rd (Departures) floor. It leaves exactly on the hour.
The rooms were clean enough, had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay, super hot shower, warm room etc.
Breakfast was okay, probably worth the add on fee. But it is all Chinese style - dumplings, rice, noodles etc, which thankfully we both like.
Reception staff speak English well enough, but not so much the other workers.
There's not much in the neighborhood - a restaurant next door and a shop next to that. So it really is just a stopover hotel, not great if you plan to explore Shanghai for example.
But I would definitely stay here again if ever we found ourselves needing a transit hotel for PVG airport.
