The hotel staff was very cooperative but the hotel and the room condition was not good as there was smell in the room. 2nd thing there was not ventilation window in the room. The third most important thing is that, I booked the same room for two night separately and paid the payment also. When I arrived at the hotel yesterday evening, it was very far from my training center and secondly the room condition was not good. So I decided to cancel my booking for only second day, which is for today's night, so I requested both the hotel staff and trip.com staff to cancel my room booking and refund the payment but I unfortunately didn't find get any news regarding my refund. I have already left the hotel and go away.
I am sorry to tell all that I am student here so I can't afford this loss. I will appreciate both the platforms if they refund my payment.
