Very clean and modern hotel next to the mall. Numerous shopping and dining facilities nearby. Breakfast was well prepared and set out from 6:30am. Staff were polite and welcoming. Gym and pool available on the second floor. Tea and coffee available in room.

My room was not warm enough in this winter time with low temperatures in Shanghai but Mr.Bowen (hotel receptionist) was help me to fix it out to took a small heater in to the room while I stay in this hotel, he did a very good service , polite. Also hotel near by metro so convenient to go to city and all around , near by have a lot of food and shopping set in good locations.. I am so happy to stay this Hotel with a nice garden view and thank you thank you Mr.Bowen again..

Very terrible the air conditioner for the whole property is switched off on requesting they have provided my standing fan ,it's really very uncomfortable to sleep without ac

The location is great. Near to MTR station and next door is The Place, a kids friendly mall with lots of food options at the basement. I particularly like the reception area which is very spacious. The breakfast buffet is adequate with western and Chinese options.

There is no window in the room . Can’t get good air ventilation . In addition there is no toothbrush and paste in the room . I paid 800 RMB and the room size so small . It’s not worth for the money

Good location, clean hotel, yummy breakfast. The phone wasnt working to call reception when I tried. Too hot in room, needs ability to turn heat off or open window.
