Prime location near The Bund with excellent service and amenities. However, the lobby and lift lighting were too dim for comfort. The overall experience was fantastic.

Right from the moment we arrived, Ms. Jackiee warmly welcomed us with her genuine kindness and provided outstanding assistance. Her helpfulness and warmth reassured us that we had made the right choice in booking our stay. Throughout our visit, Jackiee consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
I also want to extend my thanks to Guest Relations, specifically Senia Selena, for her exceptional service during our check-in process. Senia efficiently handled all our requests, no matter how simple, and continually exceeded our expectations. Thanks to her, our visiting family had an incredible experience at your hotel and is already looking forward to returning.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Free minibar and non-alcoholic beverages. We got a gift from the hotel when we checked out.
Strategic location. Short distance to the bund and hotel just a doorstep to nanjing road.

Fantastic location. Rooms with 2 Queen size beds which fits perfectly for 2A2C. Probably the best roof top bar in Shanghai with views of the Bund and across the river. Encountered a few issues but the team was quick to address it. Shout out to Chief Concierge, Ben which has been extremely helpful and hospitable.

Very nice place. I was very happy with the temperature of the room. Given that it’s winter, most places will have heater on, which makes the room super dry and uncomfortable. But I was very pleased with Edition. The service is amazing, we got many gifts and fruits for free. Will happy to go again.
