It’s definitely a hidden gem near Pu Dong airport. You’re basically paying a 3 star price for a 5 star room and the service is very good too. We booked a family too and got upgraded to an executive room. The room is very clean and size is generous too. The staffs are very welcoming and warm. One of them escorted ha from the shuttle bus stop all the way to the room. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something near PVG.

Really surprised with the “5 star” service provided by them. Staff were all very helpful. Thumbs up to their free shuttle buses from airport , train station & Disneyland ! Breakfast superb!Even my flight delayed & reached airport nearly 2am, but they pay the transport fee for us from Airport to hotel. Everyday replenish fruits for us & even receive a gifts while leaving.你将会得到5星级的待遇！早餐也太好了吧！我没后悔选择了他们家住。

5 star service hotel. Room space is big for a twin room. Staff service is perfect. Like the hotel breakfast a lot, variety a lot and taste good. Provide free shuttle bus to Disney and airport transfer. Definitely will come back again if I visit shanghai disneyland.

Stayed here for the night as we have an early flight to catch the next morning. Area is not near shopping malls but near the airport. Hotel is really nice and new, the service is top-notch! Took the 6am shuttle and hotel prepared breakfast for us.

It takes around 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. You need to book airport pick up service in advance but it can be really inconvenient to those who don’t have mainland phone number as you need to call the hotel to book. The service is good though.

Nice hotel, room and staff. You will need to go outside for snacks or meals but the staff will help with ordering (a must try just to see the robot deliver your food). Recommended until you take the shuttle. Hang on and kiss your a** goodbye…the driver is an absolute ******. Absolute shame…the 5-star staff in the hotel then this ***** to end your visit.
