Lu rao yun resort

I chose this family owned resort for a couple of nights on my birthday weekend because it’s located between the places I wanted to visit and stay in a quiet place in the country side. Although I wanted a place with a swimming pool, I didn’t use it: the day I arrived the owner was cleaning it, and even after it wasn’t very clean, so I stayed away from the water. The room wasn’t clean either (I stayed in the Ocean room, just above the reception), the dust and hair were everywhere, especially above the bed head. I even started to sneeze. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, hair, water stains, rust… the towels were old but clean at least. See the pictures.

I really like the small resort. The first time I went the service was very nice and I loved seeing their kitty cats in the office. When I said I had a flight at 22:00 they let me check out at 14:00. Sadly the next time I came the remote controllers in the room were so filthy dirty I had clean and disinfect before I could turn the AC on in my room. The service employee working this time was awful compared to my first visit, and I had to pay for second night just to stay a few more hours. For the reasonable price I don’t expect the place to be perfect, but after my first visit was so nice, I was very disappointed that my second visit was so bad by comparison. I fly to Shanghai every 2 weeks and am always looking for a hotel I like enough to return every time. I’m afraid to go back to this hotel again and I’m sad about that. I would like to give them another chance, and hope they listen to my suggestions and go back to how they were on my first visit.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and for Shanghai the very reasonable price makes it great it’s a stay for visiting Disneyland.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The swimming pool is clean with inflatables to relax on. It’s family friendly with a slide and things to play with. The Disney resort is 5km away and easy to reach using Didi. The breakfast was ample and there are some places to eat nearby. The supermarket is very close by. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here and would recommend to others.

設施：在性價比這一方面我覺得非常高了 房間內設計的特別大特別温馨實用 面積也很大 每個房間都有設計感 院子內的裝扮也很好看 還有餐廳跟ktv遊玩室 衞生：很乾凈 整體都不錯 就是泳池這個季節 太臟了 不過也的確不實用 這點無傷大雅 環境：非常好 這一家很有氛圍的民宿 老闆人也很好 處理問題也快 就是大街上可能是廠子多 灰有點多 服務：沒得説 很好 問題處理非常快而且不墨跡

打了好幾個電話諮詢，每次都很耐心的解釋，服務態度很好。房間和宣傳圖片是一致的，非常舒適。凌晨一點到的，老闆也貼心服務，需要用一些物品也貼心提供，在期待值以上。距離迪士尼樂園15分鐘左右的車程，很近，免費班車來回接送，附近外賣打車都特別方便，夏天再來一次，體驗一下泳池🥰

酒店在迪士尼附近，早晚有班車接送，服務人員特別熱情，東西忘記也會幫忙郵寄 ，很晚去辦入住也有人接待，還幫忙拿行李，差什麼也會及時送 房間也大，特別貼心，停車也挺方便，環境衞生做的也還是很不錯的，洗漱用品齊全，性價比還是挺高的點外賣也方便，免費網絡順暢行李也可以免費寄存，可以放心出去玩晚上回來拿行李，總之是一個不錯的選擇

挺安靜的一個地方，室內温馨，裝修風格和衞生做的也挺不錯的，小孩跟長者也都很喜歡，老闆人也很熱情，我們帶了長者小孩來從進門就把我們拿行李到送進房間，很貼心，差什麼東西也會及時送，還幫忙推薦附近好玩好吃的地方，第二天去迪士尼玩也是有班車接送，司機人也好下車幫忙拿東西，幫忙指路，晚上接的也很及時，我們到指定位置他就到了

非常滿意， 設施：看圖片就知道了，有特色，有氛圍，有愛 衞生：夠用了，夠用了 環境：很出片，孩子很喜歡，熱水空調，地暖都齊全 服務：已經不是滿意這麼簡單了，是很感謝你們。
