Great location, plenty to see,shop and eat at hotel’s surroundings. hotel interior is amazing. Buffet breakfast spread is good but not fantastic. Bed is small (queen size), and toilet takes up significant amount of room size. Toiletries are limited and was told toothbrush/paste is “out of stock”. Staff is friendly and helpful (was served by Benjamin Hu).

The hotel is super well located, but the rooms are not so new and confortable as other from the same brand. We found an old cigarette in our bathroom (shower floor). The restaurants at hotel works until 10pm only. But the view of city was super and staff helpfull.

It’s my second time staying in this hotel. Staff was so observant and even provided me with a set of teapot to use throughout my entire stay there. Will definitely go back to this hotel whenever I am back in Shanghai. Thank you

Fantastic view of The Pearl tower and skyline. Spacious, clean, well-equipped room and stunning bathroom. The view can be enjoyed during breakfast, in the restaurants, from the pool area and in the lobby. Lovely buffet breakfast. Pool area was equipped but a little small and busy due to the public holiday.

This was our first time staying here as a guest. We were lucky that we got upgraded to Club Deluxe River room, which is bigger and better. I love their massive bathroom, very clean. The staffs were friendly and approachable too.
I love the view from our room, especially at night. The breakfast buffet has 2 options, western and chinese cuisine. We tried both and it tastes good, good view as well. Everything was great, and we plan to come back again.
