Hotel is a little old but more importantly, Executive Lounge was closed and shifted to restaurant downstairs. Food options for afternoon tea and cocktail hours had very little variety. Breakfast was only slightly better but still not of Marriott standard. Except for check in which was very good and fast and staff was efficient, otherwise everything else are lacking the Marriott and 5 star standard. What was most preposterous is during breakfast, several guests took the scoop spoon for the sauces and put into the mouth to taste the sauce and then proceeded to put the same spoon back into the same sauce bowl he tasted from. Staff didn’t do anything at all. I do not think this is acceptable in any part of the world. Quite disappointed overall.

The front desk lady is not very nice. She treated me differently than the domestic guests. She didn’t even tell me I can access the lounge though I booked an executive floor room.
The room itself is good, the house keeping team is very nice.
The breakfast is not good as the price. Even worse than a 4 star hotel. Most items are lukewarm, not hot and fresh. I had a dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food is bad too.

Very well located nearby to Shopping Mall and Century Avenue subway station.
Hotel room was spacious and was very well prepared with full amenities if required.
Pool and gym area was nice with friendly staff.

這家曾經掛高端品牌“St. Regis”的酒店如今年份已久，大堂依舊光鮮亮麗高大上，但是客房有很多關鍵問題亟待解決，而且花不了兩百塊錢的投入。
圖一是玻璃窗很久不擦，臟到什麼程度，五星級應該摘牌了吧？
圖二是沒有USB充電口，卻有傳真機FAX接口，這是什麼年代的東西？換一個依然是86尺寸的帶USB的面板，要幾分鐘，幾十塊錢？
圖三是房門貓眼沒有遮片，利用反透鏡可以清晰觀察室內，住客完全沒有安全感，一個小小的貓眼遮片需要幾塊錢？

酒店前身據説是國內第一家瑞吉，改牌換了LC。20年前開業未翻新硬件確實老舊，但看得出當初花了血本裝修，房型面積大，床品挺舒服，能看到三件套，老牌豪華酒店還有一個好處就是地理位置優越，去哪裡都很方便。地庫停車反人類，早餐真的不行，服務沒體會到。

做為一家老牌五星級酒店，居然允許餐廳地上全是打翻的蛋糕西點，一路都是滑膩膩的奶油，導致我摔了一大跤！新年裡，讓自己掛了彩，別提多糟心。摔倒後，沒有人來拉我，叫服務員來擦地也沒人搭理。直到我一瘸一拐走到一名員工跟前，才有人去弄那片臟地方。餐廳上座率大概8成，就聲稱客人太多，太忙所以疏忽了。那麼滿座時會怎樣？因為忙所以可以忽略衞生，讓客人摔傷？真是呵呵了。帶着家裡長者去的酒店，真是心有餘悸，如果長者摔倒可怎麼辦？！
