Great location and a unique and gorgeous historical building. The rooms are very cute and well appointed. Can’t beat the view if you get a river view.

We had a perfect feeling of classic Shanghai :-)) Service was very friendly and supportive. The location at the Bund is excellent. The view from executive floors is amazing with warm service for snacks and drink at the executive lounge. The breakfast is rich and the view again impressive. The neighbourhood offers luxury shops and high level art exhibitions. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Amazing hotel, beautiful old style classic room, huge bathroom, amazing view, amazing location, delicious breakfast. I’ll recommend this hotel to all my friends who is going to visit Shanghai. Super 👍👍👍

Broadway Mansions stands out as an excellently situated hotel, conveniently near the Bund and iconic bridges, with Nanjing Road just 500 meters away – an unbeatable location. However, communicating in English proves challenging for the staff, making it less expat-friendly, as it caters predominantly to a local clientele. The rooms impress with their spaciousness and preservation of classic items dating back to its inauguration in 1934. While the breakfast is satisfactory, there's room for enhancement, particularly in diversifying the fruit selection and paying more attention to detail. Despite these minor considerations, the hotel remains a compelling choice, offering great value compared to similar establishments in the area.

Wonderful experience , we had 2 river view and 1 city view room, they gave us upgraded the city view room to be river view too. Guys are goods in front office. only reason give 4 stars on service is housekeeping knocking door too much way before 11 am. and one of our room was not checked out yet , people just went to other room. but housekeeping lady got in and start recleaning for vacant & sell . which we understand ladys doing their job , no bothering us much lol. overall , good hotel bring us back to these old days of Shanghai ! will be back some day , tks !
