The location is perfect for exploring the famous Bund and other cultural landmarks. The hotel's restaurant serves delectable Chinese dishes. Check in is on time, can check in at 12pm, really convenient. Metro is walking distance. 5mins walk can get you to a shopping district with many restaurants and shops to shop at. Only flaw is there's no aircon, however at night it is already very cold due to shanghai's low temperatures.

I don't think this hotel is considered as a 3 star hotel because they don't provide room service or phone in the room. If need to request for anything, need to go all the way down to the reception.
Housekeeping starts from 8AM in the morning and it was quite noisy as the wall is thin.
TBH, don't know if i would choose this hotel again though its location and view are good.

I spend a great Time in this hotel,the receptionist Mr Yang was very helpful and friendly I Could get a nice room with a wonderful view ,the location was great near to xintiandi and Subway station ,the breakfast was nutrituous and various , very tasty and delicious .I will Come back again next time.thanks for everything.

Location is good . 20 minute walk from Found 158 venue and 5 minute walk to Line 10. Front desk was friendly at check-in and checkout - however the next morning I requested a bottle of water (from different worker )because I didn’t receive any for the new day. He said “only 2 bottles of water per day” . First , he was so quick to provide an answer he was wrong , and secondly , are we going to be petty about 1 bottle of water ? The bar that holds the clothes broke- but the manager said don’t worry, no charge . My hot water from the shower was gone within 2 minutes but maintenance fixed it . TV is large . Great view of the city. The “gym” is eh. Twin bed combined to make king . Room is warm . Pillows are soft

Overall, I liked it.
+ I was so impressed with the size of the bed , it was so big. (Later I realised it’s attached with 2 single beds)
+ The bathtub was clean.
+ Location: close to subway station line 10, easy to approach from hongqiao railway station. And the “new world” is near by.
- Only one elevator was available.
You need to wait a lot longer if you just missed one.
- My room was including breakfast, but the staff didn’t explain where /when. I thought it’s going to be the first floor, as I saw some dining room like section the way to the elevator. but accidentally found it on 2nd floor next morning when I was getting there.

There was a very strong smell, which really intensified in the bathroom. Also the Windows don't seem to be 100% closed as there is a lot of noise as well as cold air coming into the room. The room as no typical air conditioning with heating option so the room was freezing cold. There is also no wifi. The Service cleaned the rooms daily and gave out new water. In generell they were all friendly. The location is near the bund.
