位置這麼偏的酒店怎麼會這麼貴，而且還是華美達這種中檔次連鎖。下午2.30入住，服務員説沒打掃好，一直等到2.50。房間設施簡單，早餐尚可

這家華美達刷新了我對這個品牌的認知…… 所有logo都是華美達，結果床上用品、毛巾全是不知道哪裡的酒店的舊東西…顏色已經發灰，目測使用已經兩年以上 掛在哪裡的毛巾，毛巾上印着別家酒店的logo，缺口，布碎，灰暗，簡直了，這樣的毛巾那怕是一般精品酒店都會報廢，華美達居然堂而皇之的掛在那裡，還有對客人的基本尊重嗎？ 空調的控制器也是壞的，還不讓人調整模式了… 這家酒店應該有年頭了…讓人驚恐的是，居然沒有反鎖控制器，這安全實在不放心； 下水道非常不流暢，才放水一會兒浴室地面的水就齊腳邊了… 另外説下，這家酒店非常！不！隔！音！由於到酒店的時間已經晚上快十一點了，我躺床上，始終聽到節奏平穩的鼾聲。不知道是隔壁鼾聲太大，還是我耳朵太靈… 唉，總之……個人感受，各位慎重參考

這家酒店真的很愛催催催，預訂班車還沒到時間，提前40分鐘開始一直打電話打了四個一直催催催。兩點退房12點開始打電話催催催。 酒店衞生一般，床鋪能感受到很多灰塵，房間內設施馬桶洗手盆沙發能明顯感覺不是很乾凈

隔音效果太差了，被吵的根本睡不着。一個酒店最重要的就是保障睡覺，連這都做不到。我真希望得到一個合理的解釋。

酒店服務和設施都太差太差了。充電樁也不行，充不上電，有充電需求的千萬別來。

Convenient located near Shanghai Pudong Airport with free shuttle bus services to and from the airport (about 20 minute ride). Great for families with children as the hotel offers family rooms with various themes (Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig’s, Minions and the like) and a playroom free of charge. Also close to local restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Excellent service overall. Highly recommend for those who travel through Shanghai.

Chose this hotel because it was near to the airport (by direct distance). The actual shuttle bus ride takes about 15 to 20 minutes. We took the 4:30 am shuttle for our departing flight. The hotel is in an industrial area and not near any metro stations. We took the hotel shuttle to Pudong airport, then switch to the Maglev station or metro line 2 to go to downtown Shanghai. Do inform the hotel staff in advance when you want to use the shuttle service, because it doesn't operate round the clock during off-peak time. Service staff are polite and helpful. We arrived at 8:30 am and they quickly cleared 2 rooms for us so we can check in at 10:30 am to take a rest. Check-out was fast too, just left room cards at the lobby and they waved us off with smiling faces. There is a small shopping centre just across the street with many restaurants. One of them serves cheap and delicious food like 小笼包 (dumplings) and 生煎包 (fried buns). Slightly further away is a local supermarket where you can buy snacks as souvenir. If you're a foreigner and wants to contact the hotel, call them to ask for their WeChat number, then you can communicate further (e.g. arrange for airport pick up) via WeChat.

Perfect price/comfort solution to stay overnight before leaving to Airport. Wonderful team, also speak english. Have free airport transfer included. Greetings from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿

Location was good for airport, breakfast was not very good. Not good for vegetarian. Not bad not amazing..
