Hotel is located in the opposite direction of Shanghai Railway Station SOUTH Gate. Not easily found as the signboard is hidden. The male front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is small in size but it has all the basic and clean amenities. Morning breakfast is arranged with a nearby restaurant with 15 yuan voucher given. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby for good shopping and dining experience. The hotel collected room charge again upon check in and assure us that they will refund our earlier payment made during booking after we check out. This arrangement is worrisome as we are not sure if they will keep their promise to refund us.

I've been there twice. The staff is friendly and helpful , though they have limitations in English communication. However, we used a translation app. Hope will help discount for next time🫢

Excellent stay, very clean and comfortable. Room small but cosy and is a great location. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro.

Hotel was nice, easy to get to and right next to the Shanghai station so location was very convenient. Room was clean, no troubles and the staff were helpful.

Location is the best, like all Chinese hotels has clean beds and bathroom but dirty room, breakfast is bad

Staff are friendly. Especially a young man, forgot his name . Room is located in a very convenient area with a family mart right below. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel, clean, staff friendly and beautifully decorated. I think it’s a good choice for the this price. Walking distance from the Shanghai station.

Grateful for early check-in on the first day.
The room is not sound proof. Very often when people get out of their room you can hear the door closing loudly.
