it quite hard for foreigner to contact hotel due to they provide only phone number.
the room was clean but always have smell of cigarettes i need to spray my perfome 🥲 also if you stay more than one night and need room service you need to inform the frontdeck otherwise your room was not clear.
but overall is good. recommended ! i booked single bed but got two 🫣

Not recommended if you want a good sleep, very thin walls you can hear all the neighbors around you. You get what you pay for

A budget conscious option. Bed and bathroom are clean and amenities inside the room are simple. Hotel and rooms are dirty and old. Staff are friendly, but no one works English. Very difficult to book a shuttle. No email, only a Chinese number to phone. Had friends from Shanghai phone before, and this was not possible. Had to have someone from the airport phone and arrange only when I got there, as no one at the hotel speaks English. Shuttle is not marked and in a poor condition. Hotel is pretty close to the airport. Good for 1 night.

Good place for resting before next flight. Bed was comfortable, and the reception staff was nice. We used a translation app to communicate and everything went well. They took us to the airport as well and kept the luggage while we were out. The check-out time super convenient even though we didn't stay that much in the room. For the money we payed, we were satisfied with what we got.

I worried about timely pick up and the quietness mentioned in other reviews, they were proved wrong. Once I landed, I called the hotel and received clear instructions about the pick up time and location, it went smoothly and so was check in. Front desk was friendly and professional, and the room clean. I did not hear any thing from other rooms and corridor. I definitely would rebook if I fly PVG again.

My room was immaculate. Moreover, the front desk was very helpful; they upgraded my room and gave me a voucher for breakfast, which I found hearty and filling. Good value for the price, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in Shanghai .Wood table between two beds is leaked by water,and the walls on 3F also even the paint on it broke. Bottom sheet and pillow case with someone’s hair on it,makes me uncomfortable.Their Bus to airport was too small to load every passenger’s luggages so the hallway’s full of luggages. I would take Uber to the airport if I’ve known the free bus they offer was so bad.I leave this comment to remind myself not to book here again . What a terrible experience!
