Good place, good hotel and clean enough to our standard. Facilities all work and are in good condition, hotel staff eager to help and support in question as I am a new traveler in China. Luckily I can speak a bit of basic Mandarin. But if you can't speak Mandarin, it will be very difficult .

Great location and clean room, only gripe was the slightly see-through doors for the toilet and shower which made things inconvenient

Very comfortable hotel. I like the design and all amenities in the hotel. The location is good, 5 mins walk to nanjing road, near many restaurants. Only 1 staff can speak English.

I had a night stay with my hubby and it was an excellent location both the Bund and nanjing pedestrian area. The ambiance was good.

Very ideally located to lots of malls, shopping restaurants and the bund. Few minutes for metro. Helpful staff. Hotel is very clean but doesn’t show easily on map for Didi, use address. Reception is on the 5th floor which is strange

During our stay at the hotel, my brother and I found everything to be great. There was a welcoming cafe and tea, the rooms were clean, and our room was cozy. The location for those who want to visit Nanjing Road is very good.

The hotel is nice and cozy. The room that we had was clean with a fast waterflow at the shower and a warm toilet seat. The hotel has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, so we could conveniently wash our clothes, self service. The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk from a bustling Nanjing East Pedestrian Walk. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. We needed to send a package to other city and the reception staffs were very helpful to arrange with the courier for the package pickup and the payment as well. Special thanks to Miss 陈晨 (sorry if I write you name wrong) who proactively informed us the status of the package. Definitely with stay again when we visited Shanghai.
