Conrad Shanghai

Eli很熱心，有專門來問候我們的入住！地理位置很好，出門就是南京路，熱鬧得很。行政酒廊風景很好，直接看三件套。床品舒適，byredo的洗護用品，很贊哦！

入住的時候人特別多，一直到下午4點才把房間清出來。不過同意我第2天再延遲退房，也算是有了安慰。房間總體中規中矩吧，地理位置是非常好的。坐地鐵出去遊玩都非常方便

房間比攜程描述的小，花了1388住邊邊角角很不喜歡，住了跟很壓抑，隔音差隔壁房間聽得一清二楚。總之很差，退房還要排隊半天，感覺工作人員服務也不好，**的一副樣子。不會再來了

房間很不錯 聽説是剛開的酒店 設施都很到位確實是很乾凈 高層還能看到東方明珠價位相比較而言比較合適 Ela和客房阿姨服務都很熱情 很貼心的送了一份水果和早餐 下次回上海還會選擇的

酒店整體感覺不錯。整體整潔度部分有待加強。我個人的房間還ok，我同行朋友的房間則發現了兩衹大蟑螂，一衹在洗手枱，另一衹在浴盆。酒店房處理的方式也有欠妥當。故而影響了我對這間酒店的評價（有些許扣分）。其他整體情況，還是不錯的。例如酒店位子等都是一級棒。大堂的服務和引導，還是挺贊👍的

地理位置確實不錯，挨着步行街，比較熱鬧，交通也比較方便。 兩點左右辦的入住 並沒有像評論裏説的那樣排長隊，直接就辦理了。（可能運氣好沒有遇到開展會）。服務方面 進酒店開始 遇到工作人員，都是面帶微笑，熱心主動提供服的。點名表揚一下eli 人超級nice很温柔 ，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺。 他家客房中規中矩，裝修狀態還算比較新。衞生沒的説，還是OK的。早餐比較豐富，味道也不錯，能滿足一般人羣需求。總體來説，性價比很高，一般商旅都沒問題。

這是第二次入住了，入住時幫我免費升級到行政外灘景觀房，真的是太滿意了～我會毫不猶疑第二次選擇康萊德酒店就是因為太喜歡他們的床和枕頭了，應該是目前我住酒店最滿意的。地理位置也很好，去哪都很方便，周圍購物，吃飯，娛樂都很豐富! 以後來上海，還是會毫不猶疑選擇這裏的😄😄

The worst Conrad Hotel in the world. It stated on website that hotel is newly opened in 2022 which means brand new hotel rooms & facilities but it fact it is the most awful hotel I’ve ever stayed and it is overpriced. The tiles in bathroom are extremely dirty with black stains, hotel room smells like rotten veggie, all hotel staffs are rule. Upon my arrival around 1pm, receptionist greeted me with long faces, no welcoming gesture, asking me whether check in or out. If check in come back at 3pm coz they were fully booked. Although room changed but a pair of used slipper was placed inside the room. No adaptor available, all these requests are normal in international chain hotel. In Conrad Shanghai seems demanding. This hotel is not able to meet Conrad hotel standard, not even local hotel chain standard. It was like sleeping under the train coz the aircon was very noise. Never recommend it to anyone. And I doubt all the positive comments from other users. Why am I so “lucky”?
