This Holiday Inn was worse compare to other Holiday Inn Express hotels I used to stay in Dalian and Qingdao.
1) when I first entered my room, there was a dirty used towel inside the wardrobe!!
I wondered the staff cleaned my room properly:(
2) there was no table light on the working table. And because there was also no ceiling light above the table space, after 1 day and I felt my eyes were too tired facing computer screen in dark, I had no choice so complained and after 10 minutes they sent me an old and dusted light!
3) the shower mat had quite a lot of black color mold!
4) the breakfast - compare to other Holiday Inn Express in Dalian, the varieties were less and food was not tasty. Need improvement
5) the sofa table was dirty - please refer to photos!!
The location is good because near to a subway station and many shops and restaurants nearby.
