This is a good hotel, looking at the balance between the price, location, and rooms. While the room was satisfactory, the toilet was fully made out of plastic and gave a feeling of an airplane bathroom. Nonetheless, I cannot complain about the room beyond esthetics. However, during check-in, my passport got damaged by the reception worker 0378002, who wouldn't listen that my passport cannot be scanned by the machine and must be copied manually, rather, she proceeded to insert the passport into the reader over 20 times, folding pages of the passport in the process, only to manually scan the passport like I initially told her. Considering that the passport contains my residence permit in it, this behavior is appalling , as now there exists a good chance my passport won't be accepted by border services when traveling because it can be considered "damaged". The hotel should train the staff better, and make sure to listen to foreign travellers, who most definitely know their documents better than the reception workers.

我住的房間太吵了，一進屋噪音就很大，關上窗户還是很大，前台説是空調外機。一晚上沒休息好！第一次這麼難受，差評！

感覺非常一般，我也不知道評分怎麼能到4.5的，反正我一開門就挺失望的，房間很小，而且設施有點簡陋，我住的大床房，廁所門關上居然打不開了，其次是洗漱用品，洗髮水沐浴露二合一，我朋友先洗的，發現裏面居然沒有，還要找人來裝¬_¬｀，離譜，被子也很薄，電視也很拉跨，像十年前電視畫質，想跟朋友投屏看電影也不能實現，買的雙人房間早餐就一份，感覺比我之前住過的錦江之星都要差。。。。。。。就拍了一張，感覺跟其他普通賓館兩三百的房間差不多

價格偏高。房間很大。窗户對面看不到什麼。
洗衣機需要10硬幣，還要去前台兑換。
無烘乾機，洗護服務。
地理位置可以，距離南京路很近，但是性價比服務態度個人感覺實在不高
