Excellent service and attention from reception staff on arrival and through our stay.
The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport (PVG).
The hotel room is spacious and clean. Also provided a foot spa to relieve my tired feet!
Very responsive staff assisted me with travelling into the city by MRT (Huinan) only 5 minutes away. About an hour by MRT.
Food service is excellent provided on floor 2. Breakfast varied and was plentiful.
Thanks for an excellent stay. I'll definitely book there again when I go to Shanghai.

Responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, the staff were very caring and friendly. It was an excellent stay. The hotel and room design in kids friendly and theme , my children love it so much. And lastly, not to forget their lovely supper time to end our tiring day of walking

I stayed in this hotel many times. It's about 15-20 min. by car from Pudong airport. The free pick up and drop off service is great. Staffs were helpful and friendly. There was free light meal at night until 11:30. Breakfast was nice too. I was upgraded to business room, it's spacious with nice view from the big windows. Metro line 16 is just opposite the hotel.

The staffs are friendly, they provide breakfast and night buffet as well as laundry service for free. Additionally, there is also airport pickup service and Disney Resort shuttle bus.

Great location if you are going Disneyland, hotel provides free shuttle. The day I went to Disney, it was raining very badly, but hotel staff would have raincoats sold to us at much cheaper price than in the park. They also provide a guide for in the park, knowing the park is very crowded, would want to be strategical with what you want to do. They also provide free breakfast and late night supper, perfect for the time before and after the park visit!

Highly recommended for any one who wants to stay in shanghai and wants to go disneyland shanghai. Provide good breakfast and supper and even shuttle to disneyland and other tourist attraction. Service is superb! I give 5 stars overall for their room cleanliness, service attitude and location.
