The ,location of the hotel is very good. It's close by to the People's Square Metro (a very large underground station) and Raffles City. There is a walking street nearby. The room is fairly large and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovation and the reception is locted on the second floor. It was a little difficult ot locate the front entrace to the hotel. There lots of eateries around the hotel.

A lot of ongoing construction at the building. There are still no washing services yet. Centrally located and very near Nanjing walking street and metro. Room is smart

The price is expansive compare to the hotel condition, it’s being refurbished and in a bad condition when I traveled

The lobby is currently under renovation, we had to take the lift to 2nd floor and the whole lift and level 2 smells like cigarette. The room itself is decent. Receptionist seems a tiny bit inexperienced in taking in foreign guests, but I guess this is more targeting to their local tourists so can’t blame them. No problem communicating with them.

First ever trip to Shanghai, hotel room was fab modern and friendly but reception was being done up, drilling started at 7am and staff well so rude shame as place was lovely fab location

Very good location just 200 meter from metro station meny restaurant and shopping mall very nice and clean room and the staff are very friendly and helpful i will back for sure
