Hotel was good, with helpful people and good service. However, the rain-showerhead in my room was not working at all and also the AC was fairly loud. Gym was okay and the sauna was nice. Breakfast was also very good with a lot to choose from. Location obviously not in the center (but you should know it before booking) but fairly close to the business district and Pudong airport.

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip to China because it’s close to our client’s factory, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were always clean, and the breakfast was tasty every morning. The laundry room was super handy for a business traveler like me — it made everything so much easier. But what really made my stay special was the staff. They were not only kind and helpful (they even called and saved a package that was about to be returned!) but also always greeted me with such beautiful smiles. I’m really grateful. I chose the hotel for a few days and was not disappointed. The facilities and equipment are complete and the hygiene is excellent. There is a faint fragrance in the lobby. The front desk Xiao Chen and Xiao Shun are very enthusiastic. I sincerely comment on it.

The place is clean and new, with all basic amenities that you need for a short stay, even include a small gym and laundry. Breakfast is standard, with some variety of hot food (noodles, dumplings, buns, etc), fruit, congee, and juice. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
