Hotele niedaleko Qingpu Zhujiajiao/Oriental Land w Shanghai

The hotel is conveniently located, with Qingpu Xincheng Station of Metro Line 17 just downstairs, and surrounded by shopping malls and various restaurants. The hotel service is warm and the staff greet each other proactively. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. It is highly recommended!

I stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and one living room, and overall I was quite satisfied. It's relatively new, quite clean, and decorated with cultural heritage. The living room has a coffee table, bookshelves, calligraphy and paintings. Although I don’t have time to read, I feel comfortable reading it. Customer service Xiao Gao is very enthusiastic and polite. Microwaves can heat up takeaways, which is great for sub-zero weather. The trip was great. Areas that need improvement: I don’t know whether it’s because the weather is too cold or the air conditioner is not powerful enough, but the heating stops from time to time while sleeping. Fortunately, the quilt is thicker and quite warm. The bathroom is relatively small and the room is large. In fact, the bathroom can be expanded by one square meter, otherwise it will feel crowded even when washing your face. The quality of the quilt cover is relatively good and the quilt feels quite comfortable. The white bedding looks quite comfortable. Not as fancy as the last one.

I needed to stay in a hotel on a business trip, so I looked online for hotels in Qingpu. I am a person who has strict requirements for accommodation, so I spent a lot of time and energy choosing a hotel. Because the company is in the 8090 Industrial Park, my goal is to be within 5 kilometers of the straight-line distance from the company, so I have targeted three hotels, Crowne Plaza Xiayang Lake, Holiday Inn Express Qingpu New City, and Holiday Inn Express Huijin . Judging from the map, the Holiday Inn Express Huijin was relatively close to the hotel. It also had a large number of reviews and the room price was relatively moderate, so I chose this hotel. Holiday Inn Express is a business-oriented brand under InterContinental. The overall decoration style of the hotel is relatively simple, but it has a touch of luxury in the simplicity. The lobby is relatively spacious, which is very good as a rest area. The hotel lobby also has Robots, robots can help deliver takeaways to the room, which is very convenient. The reception service at the front desk was also very good. When I checked in, I saw that I had ordered from Ctrip and gave me a welcome fruit. They also took the initiative to delay check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon. They also took the initiative to inform us of the breakfast location and breakfast time. The whole check-in process was quite pleasant. The room I booked is 28 square meters. The layout of the room is such that every inch of space is used to the extreme. It is simple but not crowded. I have always liked the bedding of InterContinental Hotels. It is very comfortable to sleep on, and I feel that the bedding of every InterContinental hotel is the same. Breakfast is in the buffet restaurant on the third floor. You don't need to swipe your card to eat there. This is much more convenient than other hotels that require swiping a card. The breakfast includes Shanghai scallion noodles, which suits my appetite. Overall, the breakfast is quite satisfactory. The front desk also provided soft drinks when checking out, which was very considerate. I will still consider this hotel next time I come back to the headquarters for a business trip. It's great.

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Zhujiajiao Metro Station on line 17 . Its about 40 min trip from the Hongqiao Railway Station (terminal station). Line 17 operates about every 7 minutes during the day and every 10 mins during the night. Therefore this line is not frequent as say as Line 2. I choose this hotel ,because it has an outdoor swimming pool and I wanted to explore a new area of Shanghai. Firstly the outdoor swimming pool was closed when i stayed at this hotel in (September 2023) - there was no water in the pool!. In September, Shanghai experiences temperatures well above 27 to 30C, so it bit premature to close the pool in September. Mid October would be fine. It would be nice if the hotel operator/owner could inform Trip.com, that the pool is closed. The room was very comfortable and nice views of the surrounding area with some historic homes. The Rain Head shower was great. Air-con were easy to use and functioned well. As to be expected in most Chinese hotels (which are not part of western brand) there is very limited English available from hotel staff, but with English translators on cell phones, this is not really an issue. There are several shops in the same street of the hotel, but unfortunately there is no Family Mart, no 711 or Lawson (common brands in China) However, there is small Family Mart at Zhujiajiao metro station. Many local restaurants nearby and KFC - about 10 min walk down the same street of the hotel. In this area, there is some evidence of historic homes and residences, which makes the area unique. Overall, the hotel represents good value for money and appropriate choice to explore the local historic area, but not downtown Shanghai (which is too far from this hotel)

Really nice hotel with clean and decent looking rooms. Service at reception was very helpful and pleasant. I was given an umbrella when it rained and they had tolerance for my late check out.

The location of this homestay is very superior. It is located beside Dianshan Lake. You can ride a bicycle to tour the lake and see the surrounding scenery. It only takes 20 minutes to take a taxi to Zhouzhuang. The service is warm and thoughtful. The manager of the homestay, Mr. Peng, is very friendly and enthusiastic. We have lots of helpful travel advice. Not only took the initiative to help us arrange the itinerary, but also often asked about our needs, making us feel at home; the facilities of the homestay are very complete. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with comfortable beds, modern bathroom facilities and complete home appliances. In addition, the decoration of the room is very distinctive, which makes people feel the owner's heart and enthusiasm. The food at the homestay is very local. The chef is a local teacher from Qingpu, and the local dishes cooked are delicious. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable accommodation option at a reasonable price, this homestay is definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and smell good, both children and the elderly like it. It is also very quiet and very close to the ancient town. There is an alley outside the hotel and you can walk directly into the ancient town. You can also visit the ancient town at night!
