Hotele w Shanghai z Spa

What we love - its central location, cleanliness, a lot of food choices during breakfast buffet, heated pool. We just had some concerns during booking and check in, it was not indicated that our room has no windows but the reception just gave us this room without windows. Due to winter, temperature control cannot be changed so it tends to be very warm.

It's a beautiful hotel! Great location and staffs are warm and smiley! We booked the Shanghai Bus Tour and its really convenient because 1 of the stop is just 1 street away. Not to mention the convenience of the airport and the high speed railway station is all on the same line! We didn't have the buffet breakfast but there are tons of shopping and food all around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you Marriot!

Great location walking distance from Shanghai railway station. Got there a few hours early but hotel allowed us to leave luggage there whilst we went for lunch. Lovely hotel, staff, breakfast etc.. Only downside is that the pool is 6th floor in next building so you have to come down, go past reception and lobby and take lift to the 6th floor there. The small jacuzzi was not available when we wanted to use it as it was safer with our 3 year old so had to go into the main pool but we felt like we were getting in the way as others were using it to do their length swimming. Also, to get to the pool you have to climb up some stairs and at the bottom what looks like a rubber grip flooring was full of cold water but it was clear so when i stepped into it with cloth sandals that the hotel gave us in the room, they got soaking wet and the water was freezing cold. There should be a sign there to say there is a pool of water (see picture attached) Other downside in the room is that the lighting system is very confusing - we had an executive suite and wanted to put our infant to sleep in the main room whilst we relaxed in the living room but if you wanted the lighting on in the living area you had to go to the bedroom to turn it on and the lights next to the front door were also confusing as there was no option to turn on the lights in the lounge area and if there was, it wasn’t stated hence why we say it was all very confusing.

Had a small hiccup in our room but that was rectified quickly. Overall great location, room was great, service was great. Would choose Conrad on our next trip again!

Another great stay at the Swissotel! As always a great welcome and greeting by the night manager Jason. His associate, Jack is also always kind and very helpful with anything that I may need. Always so inviting, caring and makes me feel like a family member when I stay. The hotel is decorated nicely for Christmas and has a nice holiday feel. I had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Tommy Ma handled my check-in and was incredibly friendly and hospitable. His top-notch customer service really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again during my future visits. The entire staff provided five-star service that made my trip remarkable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for travelers looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Beautifully designed hotel with great facilities and quality amenities. Gym and pool were well equipped and the location is super convenient right next to Taikoo Hui. Great minibar selection as well

checked-in with my colleague in this hotel. thank you to receptionist to help us to change to twin bed room. The room is very clean & the bed is very comfortable. Room size is big. There is breakfast at the lounge which very good, very quiet and nice environment. Recommended hotel

The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice. However, the rooms as very dirty and run down. There is a wide variety for breakfast but it seemed the food had been resting there for a long time. The gym is ok. We paid for an upgrade to an Executive room (Club Lounge access). We were told the Lounge was open for breakfast, it was not. There room was smelling to cigarettes so much, the only solution they gave us was to spray the room. We ended up checking out 2 days earlier as it did not seem fair the price we were paying for the poor cleanliness and bad maintenance of the rooms.

The best cosy place to spend time in Shanghai,with your love one or alone by yourself. 😊 unique grand design, beautiful building , love it. Never have enough of this place. 😊 The hotel is located in the centre of the attractions place, you can walk to every main attractions of Shanghai😊 . less than one hundred meter to the iconic view of Shanghai. 😊 good variety of tasty foods provided in the hotel. The Staffs are friendly and helpful. 100 out of 100 . Best hotel ever 🥰
