Konggu Youlan Inn

We wish we could spend more nights here. The staffs were so helpful and insightful. The location of the hotel is strategic, not so far from the shops and main attractions.

I wondered why nobody find out this hotel. It’s treasure. Affordable price. Excellent location. Is a family run business. Love every single details of the rooms. Love the heating floor which really keep us warm. Friendly host. Must come to see yourself

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate. The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked. The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up. A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months: 1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in. 2. Proper bath towels are essential. 3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor. 4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

客棧在獨克宗古城，房間窗户能看到轉經筒，出行很方便，乾淨整潔房間很大，帶地暖下雨天特別舒服，房間還有加濕器，可以提供製氧機，老闆人非常非常好，幫忙搬運行李，免費預約車去車站，推薦餐廳也非常好吃～有機會再來一定會來這裏入住～

來香格里拉待了6天5晚，其中一晚為了看梅里雪山住在了飛來寺，其餘4晚均選擇了這家客棧，像家一樣，是一個非常適合到香格里拉來休閑放鬆的好客棧！客棧環境很好，進門有茶台也有休息區。客棧房間很大，設備很新，有地暖和加濕器，有高反反應也會提供氧氣機，床品也很舒服，阿姨打掃衞生非常乾淨，衞浴分離，簡直不要太友好！服務佳，出行前老闆會提前聯繫到高鐵站接，客棧老闆和家人都很熱情，煮了小鍋米線作為早餐，比外面的米線店都好吃，也推薦我們好的線路和飯店，十分感謝。地理位置絕佳，客棧在古城裡，步行到龜山公園、轉經筒5分鐘不到，離中心不遠，環境十分安靜。下一次還會選擇這一家客棧！

不得不説這次選擇空谷幽蘭是一個非常正確的選擇！娃兒到香格里拉第一天就出現高反胸痛，之前準備了氧氣瓶到了晚上都沒用，胸痛得難受睡不了覺，沒有辦法折騰到凌晨四點多，衹好給店家電話求救，店家接到電話不到五分鐘就拿了呼吸機給我們，就沖這一點，真的要給店家上大分！店家還會推薦我們古城好吃的好玩的，特別是這次推薦的巴拉格宗景點，真的是香格里拉最值得去的地方了！每天都會主動更新房間用品，有求必應。客棧的早餐也很温馨美味:米線，小米粥，玉米，茶葉蛋等，娃兒最喜歡玉米，特別的甜！總而言之，無論是客棧的風格、設施、衞生、服務，都讓人覺得客棧是真的用心在為每位客人着想！

民宿在獨克宗古城內，出遊和吃飯很方便，房間空間和洗漱台很大，設施完備，乾濕分離做得很好，提供一次性面巾、浴巾和馬桶墊。免費提供的紅茶很好喝，有花果香。老闆非常熱情，每早親自做早餐，米線比外面賣的好吃😋還有小米粥、水煮蛋、玉米、蕎麥餅。給我們的旅行提供了很多有效的建議，推薦的餐廳特別好吃！朋友第一天有輕微高反，老闆又是把供氧機送到房間，教我們使用，又提供神丹妙葯，吃完20分鐘就立馬見效。下次自駕來玩還是會選這家！
