I need to extend my appreciation of the excellent service performed by 芷and 蓝 under the leadership of 琼 (the front desk manager) during my stay in the hotel. The caring and the hospitable attitudes of the staffs (considered asset of the hotel) have engendered an at home feeling. The hospitability (software) ratiing of the hotel is top graded while it's considered a necessity for top management to develop a renovation development plan to make possible the hotel to be escalated into a higher level. I have a hold regards for the said staffs, and have no reservation to recommend the hotel.

Very nice location facing the harbor and near to Ermalu food stree, anc take a pleasant road along the seaside boulevard. Spacious and comfortable room win a nice view. Breakfast very good. Stayed 2 nights: a very pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Borrman Shanwei Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Location – It’s perfectly situated, close to the beach and within easy reach of local eateries and attractions. Whether you’re here for leisure or a quick stop, everything is super convenient.
Service & Staff – The team here really stands out. From check-in to checkout, every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to offer local tips and made sure I had everything I needed.
Room & Comfort – Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was great, and the room had a nice, relaxing vibe.
All in all, a solid choice for Shanwei. If you value a warm welcome, a central location, and reliable service, this hotel delivers. Would definitely stay again.
