To miejsce jest świetne. Piękny hotel. To jest około 15 minut od lotniska. Zacznę od pozytywów na temat hotelu. Odbiór jest bardzo dobry. Przepiękne miejsce.Za obsługę i obsługę mogę dać 5 gwiazdek. Pokoje są całkiem dobre. Niektórzy narzekali na pokoje, ale my mieliśmy piękny pokój. Basen jest bardzo dobry, a personel jest więcej niż wspaniały. Zespół animatorów też jest dobry. Plaża jest więcej niż cudowna. W odległości kilku kilometrów znajduje się wiele sklepów.Obsługa w restauracji jest dobra, a personel bardzo dobry. Przynoszą ci napoje. Zorganizowali przyjęcie urodzinowe dla mojego syna, co było cudowne. Jest dobry i przestronny park wodny. Minusy: Niestety bar w holu. Można dać 3 gwiazdki. Pracownicy nie są pogodni. Musisz dać im pieniądze, żeby zaczęli się o ciebie troszczyć. Napoje alkoholowe nie są dobre. Jedzenie nie jest najlepszą rzeczą, jaką możesz dać 2 gwiazdki. W restauracji jest wiele ptaków. Jeśli więc chcesz się cieszyć, możesz zarezerwować tylko śniadanie. Śniadanie jest bardzo miłe. Nie ma menu dla dzieci. Ale najlepszą rzeczą w tym miejscu jest to, że pracownicy są bardzo wspaniali, Mohamed w recepcji. Abdul Rahman, chłopak z plaży. Muhammad jest dobry w sprzątaniu pokoju. Kierownik restauracji niestety nie znamy nazwiska. Mahmoud, Muhammad i Ibrahim w restauracji. Cały personel hotelu jest wspaniały. Wrócimy wkrótce

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel, the staff are so polite and helpful. The one & only bad annoying thing about it is the ear-piercing loud boom boom music played at the pool, it's ridiculously loud enough to burst your eardrums 🤬 it's certainly not good for children's delicate hearing never mind adults. I have asked the animation team numerous times to turn it down but they take no notice of my complaint I know I'm not the only person, I have spoken to quite a few other people and they also think the music is too loud. Management please note - do something about it.

Location was perfect, rooms were lovely! Staff was so entertaining the animation team! Staff was so helpful and kept the kids entertained too! ThanQ very much! Saarah especially as she encourage me to the water polo and made the kids join in too!

Just got back from a stay at Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort. Overall, we had a fantastic time! The facilities are amazing, and the waterpark is a blast. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I did notice that the hygiene standards could be improved, especially in some of the public areas. Despite that, we had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back. Just hope they step up on cleanliness a bit more.

The hotel is amazing 👏 everyone very friendly from restaurant staff, bar staff to animation! The rooms are very spacious, the pools are fantastic overall it is a fantastic place! The only thing I'd say is more pool snacks for kids. Everyone works very hard but animation are the best for getting the kids and everyone involved keeping everyone having fun and joining in.

Not far from the airport, lovely village style hotel with lots of entertainment for kids and adults. Massive aqua park, great size rooms and bathrooms, several pools, kids area, great food selection, very friendly staff, animation team is excellent, kids love their shows🫶🏻

Brilliant place to come to relax and spend quality time with the family. Enjoyed every second, staff went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Will 100% be back.food was ok , but not the best for fussy eaters but still a great selection of food.

The entertainment staff were brilliant and all of the staff are really accommodating. The shop in the hotel is great and the rooms are lovely. It has been a lovely family experience, especially with this being the first time going to Egypt. It is perfect for little children and is equally great for adults and older children

booked this hotel as we was thinking it was a five star and looked great on the pictures the food is terrible there’s not a lot on offer for english. we couldn’t stand it and ate out everyday absolutely disgusting. the rooms are filthy and the hotel it’s self is in a derelict place the mall is not finished so u have no shops around you and if you don’t like the food and want to eat out u have to get a taxi to soho old market or nama bay wich can be twenty pounds a time. this hotel is defanatly not a five star i would say more 3* absolutely terrible do not waste your money going here 👍
