Grand Rotana to idealne miejsce na odpoczynek. Piękne widoki, smaczne jedzenie( urozmaicony jadłospis i dbałość o szczegóły przy serwowaniu) Hotel położony na ogromnym terenie gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie: spacer promenadą, strefa relaksu przy plaży lub bardziej gwarna część plaży przy barze. Trzy pomosty, piekna rafa.Ogromny basen i dużo leżaków więc nie ma problemu, żeby znaleźć kilka wolnych miejsc. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa to ludzie wiecznie uśmiechnięci i bardzo uczynni. Grupa animacyjna nie pozwala gościom się nudzić, od rana do późnej nocy robią wszystko, żeby czas spędzony w tym hotelu był niezapomniany. Polecam w 100%

Bardzo fajny hotel z przepięknym palmowym ogrodem. Jedzenie dobre, hotel zadbany, czysty. Fajne animacje wieczorem. Obsługa mila, sympatyczna. Basen Infinity mega sprawa ;) Zaraz obok hotelu jest parę sklepików staż aptek. Polecam ;)

Hotel Grand Rotana jest niesamowity pod każdym względem! Internet w każdym miejscu, przemiła obsługa, bardzo zróżnicowane i naprawdę cudowne jedzenie. Grupa animatorów super! Rafa przy hotelu przepiękna! Wspaniałe dwa tygodnie.

Great stay in this incredible hotel! We spent 10 days there for the New Year holidays and there is nothing to complain about, everything was exceptional! The food is incredible, the location of the hotel, the establishment was just top with a beautiful beach. The staff is very helpful and smiling. A special mention for the animation team which is just incredible and very professional! They love what they do and it shows. The activities offered are very varied and the evenings as well. I wanted to specially thank Brown and Yana who made our vacation an incredible stay 🤍 A big thank you to everyone for this Time! THANK YOU ROTANA WE WILL COME BACK VERY SOON !

If you want the best of everything then this is the place, there is everything you could wish for and nothing is too much trouble for the amazing friendly staff. I felt like royalty the way looked after myself and my friend Gill. The main hotel restaurant manager Ibrahim was amazing he really did wait on us hand and foot as did all the staff. Hamzah who greeted everyone as they entered the restaurant was lovely beautiful inside and . The rooms were amazing and spotlessly clean with great views of Shark bay. There was so much to do you’d never be bored everything from parasailing to foam parties and the entertainment was fabulous we couldn’t ask for more. If you have a disability they have everything including golf buggies to take you anywhere in the hotel no need to tramp upstairs there are escalators and lifts There are also shops in the hotel and a hairdressers also most importantly a Doctor on site The swimming pools are huge within a swim up bar in the main which we enjoyed and the entertainment staff keep you happy all day. There are plenty of different bars including Asian and Italian and numerous bars, you’ll never be bored. I was so impressed that I’m going back this year! It’s very close to the airport, and Soho square which is also fantastic if you like shopping and eating out Barbara millington

A great place for couples/singles. There are few slides (one into the pool), so there are not many children. Fantastic service and animations! Very nice service. No need to wear wristbands with information about all inclusive. Very good cuisine and a wide selection of meals. All inclusive alacarte restaurants also available.

From the moment you walk into the hotel the service you receive from the hotel staff is spot on. All team members seem to have the same focus, to make sure your stay is full of happy memories and a truly relaxing experience. Particular appreciation to Samir the young gentleman that cleaned our room everyday, leaving it spotless and to the highest of standards. (room 7012) Plus the restaurant manager who always had time to check in with us to make sure everything was ok. Lastly it's alway the the team members that we don't see yet work incredibly hard to make sure everything is perfect. Ahemed Ramadan who kept the restaurant floor spotless.

The view was great and the staff members were nice. But I was wondering why the reception didn't give guests colored bracelets according to their reservation class. I enjoyed my room view so much. The activities and entertainment were good and it'll be better if they are increased with more ideas and organisation.

We were on holiday with our family and it was a wonderful holiday. played volleyball, squid games like in the movie, gladiators were very interesting. There are also interesting games for children. The mini club is very clean and the children's animator is very kind. very attentive workers, thank you for the comfort. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel!
