The hotel Sharm Cliff Resort*** is located in the vicinity of a private beach. On the beach are sun loungers and beach towels available. The air-conditioned hotel has a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lounge, a lobby bar, internet access, a boutique, a hairdresser, a jacuzzi as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area you will find a seasonally heated and supervised pool (open all year), where pool towels are available for free. For children there is also a children's pool. Ten hotel powinien się nazywać noclegownia dla bezdomnych. Nic z opisem się nie zgadza. Brud, brak wody pod prysznicem, jedzenie niezdatne do spożycia, smród i biegające karaluchy. Recepcjonista nie zna żadnego języka poza arabskim,plastikowe kubki są tu najmniejszym problemem,brak słów, w życiu nie widziałam czegoś podobnego.Brak choćby jednego pozytywu.Omijać szerokim łukiem.

Hotel is old but the staff is helpful and they will do their best to solve any problem, they clean the room everyday, beach amazing , swiming pool is clean. the problem is the resturant food is not good enough , its good if you will take breakfast but i dont recommend it for lunch and dinner , you can have a walk in namma bay which near by walking , the location of the hotel is its strength and the staff. you can book with them through a travel agency or online booking agencies , they dont have visa regarding payment , its cash and through online payment. The bus was good taking you on time to the beach and return you on time . Driver of the bus was good , respect the speed limit and drive gently.

للاسف لوكانده ولا اكثر خدمه سيئه رسيبشن يطلب اموال فقط لاي شئ خدمه غرف غير موجوده اكل المطعم سئ جدا اطباق غير نظيفه اكل حمضان ودون المستوي ولا فطار ولا غدا ولا عشا ما رأيت اسوأ من كده خدمه تكييف عطلان لايوجد اضاءه كافيه بالغرف الفيو بالكون ملئ بالحشرات علي جنينه تحت التوضبب لايوجد تليفون يعمل بالرسببشن

Buongiorno. Siamo passati una vacanza meravigliosa in questo hotel, Specialmente il personale del reception ( sameh+ taha) ci hanno fatto il check in velocemente perché eravamo stanchi di un lungo viaggio. servizio Housekeeping ottimo anche da parte di (Mina) che era sempre disponibile. Animazione (Turk) é bravo e molto sorridente Ristorante BKF/Dinner servizio molto curato e preciso. Grazie mille Sherif medhat

Does not cater for western apatite.Mainly Egyptian and Russian guests.Both found to be very rude.i.e,they push in front of you at all times.Very annoying. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Aircon in room was broken from day one,poor maintenance in room,also toilet leaked.

The location of this hotel is ideal for lovely views, a quick transfer to and from the Sharm El Sheikh airport, there is also a quick trip to the beach which is free and the beach has a dedicated area for hotel guests. The hotel staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful, the staff throughout made our holiday much more enjoyable! The hotel was clean throughout but could do with some modernisation! The 2 outdoor pools were always clean and staff around the pool always helpful. Food selection was good but could do with some more options each night. Would defo consider coming back again.

Actually, That is not my first visit as well i can decide that Sharm Cliff has proven it is own excellence to be in such category of hotel which is " Perfect vs Relaxing Vacation ". I had an excellent experience during the visit. Rooms are clean and tidy, House keeping guys are responding quickly and friendly. Pools are of acceptable cleanliness quality with heaters during winter days " ask life gurads " with Mini Aquapark which is suitable for families. Animation team provides nice shows during your stay " Ask about shows during dinner time which is at about 9 or 10PM Egypt Time ". Restaurant Provides Daily meals with acceptable quality but i recommend for you having your meal at the outdoor charming view which looks amazing as you will see all of Naama bay from your location " Timing for Meals will be provided for you with your room key as well beach shuttle schedule ". Hotel has two beaches which i consider them the best ever in sharm elsheikh, First is nearby Marina Sharm Hotel Beach which is so lovely sandy beach where you can spend your day there without getting bored, Just try a walk at the beach and you will never regret it, Second Beach is the rocky beach " Hadaba beach " which is nearby Farsha Cafe " which get visitors from all over the world to see the beauty of it and do not forget to take photos there as well your own beach shoes as to avoid any injuries as it is rocky! Suitable for Diving if you love it. Finally, If you are visiting Egypt with Friends or with Family, I recommend the hotel for you. You will find out that Staff is really friendly and helpful during your stay, Just if you faced any issue , go to the help desk or reception and ask about anything you want. Special Thanks to all of Sharm Cliff Staff for the great work and the wonderful friendly Experience specially from Mr. Kamal - Manager of Sharm Cliff Hotel as well Mr. Mostafa - Reception Head . Notice that Bus Shuttles have their own accurate schedule, Try to stick to the schedule to avoid missing the shuttle.

Pros. Cheery staff and excellent location. Cons. Absolutely everything else. Checked in about 20.30, ran away to a different hotel by 12.30 next day. Food selection awful, I assume it's aimed at a different customer base. Had late dinner on arrival, very limited choice unless you want salads or cakes. Gave it a chance for breakfast ! Plenty of salad and cakes,.. ? Pancakes, ham, cheese and not much else. Final try was midday, salad and cakes, and not much else !! To be fair, if you like mash, rice and two other options of awful looking food you'll be fine. Drinks are local spirits in tiny plastic pots, no beer, or so I was told, and no wine. Selection of 5 cocktails from the menu. Cleanliness is out of this world !! It's a different world... Room was dated and dirty. Surfaces not clean, toilet not clean, doors, balcony, walls, floor, nothing clean ! I took pics and can send if you want. Public area's are just as bad. Partner went to the 'public' toilets 3 times, there was never toilet roll available and always poo in the pan !! Flies everywhere indoors, even around the food service. Walk around and stains and spills are all over. They're not recent either. Obviously been there for a while. Tables not clean, rubbish left in corridors, seen a dead bird on a stairway ! Dead flies on the windowsill in the lobby bar. Dirt, dust and stains everywhere you look Anyway... we've to many places over the years and NEVER had cause to complain. We're tolerant, understanding and patient. We stayed less than 14 hrs and scarpered !! Avoid.. Avoid... Avoid !!!

We were in the hotel for 2 weeks,where do I start for the first 3 days we had no hot water when I complained about it the man on the reception said that it was a problem with the whole hotel but whe l went back in the morning a different person on the reception he would sort it out and knew nothing of the problem with the water in the hotel 😡when l spoke to the first man on the reception again he got angry with me . second,the food in the hotel was the same everyday,l only went to the restaurant in the morning to get hot water for my coffee which l took with me and I bought Mango to eat everyday for lunch we found a bar Infront of the hotel which made good sandwiches for us to take to the beach (smile cafè) all the drinks in the hotel were like drinking petrol the only good thing that l can say about the hotel is that some of the staff were nice and kept apologizing for everything
