We spend beautiful days in Sierra , staff communication, services outstanding ... well organised activities... superb cleaning... rasha, emad , mina ,hasan all are superb ... highly recommended

Witam! Ten hotel nie da rady nawet na 3 gwiazdki! Po przebyciu do hotelu do 14.00 nikt Ci nie da nawet wody, nie mówię jusz o numer! Będziesz spać w salonie obok recepcji, i w nosie mają czy ty z dzieckiem czy sam! Klientem tego hotelu stajesz tylko po 14. Numera nie są po remoncie, jak na foto! Dla dzieci dostawiają prosto łużko i jusz mamy numer na 3 miejsca! Kuchnia nie wydaje nic nowego! Z dnia w dzień jedno i to samo! Obsługa fajna! Dziękuję Mohamed Ezz- pracuje na 105%. Chociaż chtoś tutaj stara się! Jeszcze na barze obok basenu pracuje Alaa ( Aladin) - zna swoją sprawę!

Mrwan is the best Person in Hotel, his Service is Special and our favorite. The Drinks und Coffee is very Tasty. The Food is delicious. Ehab at the Team towel always prefare our wisches and thank you very much Mr. Shehab Aldin the GM. I will definitly come again for this nice view and nice guys. Thanks very much Team!

A beautiful and wonderful place, very quiet, and the level of hotel service and hospitality is at the highest level and excellent. I extend my sincere thanks to all the work team, especially Mr. Magdy, the security officer, and Madam Maria in guest relations.

Chilling at the adult pool with Walid our amazing towl guy, everyday new towl friends and help by the pool, service with a smile Maintaining the area to 5 star level , definitely the best pool to come to if u haven't got kids... Pool bar is a great add to the area making hydration easy.

Fabulous resort fantastic staff pools are amazing food is first class very attentive to all needs we return every year thank you to Walid recreation team and Tawadros barman for looking after us .The food is good in restaurant ..very nice only staff

We have just stayed here for a week in room 7518 and had an absolutely amazing time. Could not find one single fault with the hotel or staff! The food here was incredible every night with plenty to choose from, and the staff working in the restaurant go out of their way to make sure you are always completely satisfied. Everyone here is sooooo friendly but I would just like to give a special shout-out to Abdelfatah, our room cleaner. He is absolutely fantastic and incredibly talented…his towel art made our day and was a lovely touch to come back to each evening. thankyou so much hotel Sierra…we can’t wait to come back!!

Great time at the adult pool. Walid towels out on sun beds every morning. And looks after us. Emad serves drinks all day. Perfect and Amir cleans room very good. Enjoyed swimming in adult pool. Soho square wonderful lights and shops. Shuttle ever twenty minutes to beach. Perfect hotel to visit.

Its very good hotel. We are enjoyed it with my friend. Special thanks for Angelo, Walid, Murad. They are very good guys! We love them! Very good beach, beautiful fishes. We love food at restaraunt and on the beach. Good cleaning in rooms. There is a shisha on the beach, it cool!
