Bad service but great coral reef access at hotel to snorkel. Though the masks are extra charge so bring your own if you have them. Breakfast buffet and drinks were not great / overall there are better hotels to stay at in sharm.

Thanks for Royal savoy and for all crew from we start check in to check out we were in a dreem especial thanks to mr shehab , mr Abbas , teppanyaki chief cook ,Turkish chief cook and mr alaa we enjoyed every thing room, beach,Soho square sure we will be right back soon

What a magical place this is! Steve and I had the most wonderfully relaxing 10 day stay at The Royal Savoy. Throughout our holiday we were so impressed with all the well trained staff: their attention to detail, the amazing food and service. We would love to return for my special birthday in January 2025. Special thanks to Hussien our room attendant, Romany, Ahmed, A Atef at the pool, Alaa the Kit Kat man, Aislinn and her Morning Room breakfast team (wonderful omelettes), Makarious, Hussein, Mina, Sameh and Mr Ramy and Islam in the hotel administration team.

A fantastic place. Great people work there & made us feel very welcome. The staff, our room, the food & drink, the pools, the entertainment were absolutely amazing. I recommend this place highly & we are looking forward to going back there to see everyone.

Another excellent holiday with Savoy Group at the Royal Savoy. Immaculate service and standards from the whole team from arrival to departure and daily from breakfast to dinner. Excellent housekeeping and cleanliness standards. We have praised individual staff on our feedback to the hotel but would add the pool bar team of Ahmad Morsy and Kirolos who welcomed us each morning and gave us their undivided attention throughout each day. Food selection and quality at all restaurants was first class both within the hotel and at Soho Square. In particular the manager and young lady waiting staff of the Entrecote steak house were welcoming, professional and gave excellent customer service. Although we stayed at the Royal Savoy this time, we met many staff members at each of the bars and restaurants from our previous visits to the Savoy and were greeted as old friends, particularly at the Rock Pool Bar, Rosemarino, Caligila,and the Beachfront. Our thanks go to amongst other Hussain (asst Manager), Makarios, Hisham, and Sharif. It was wonderful to see at each venue how the staff worked together as a team, regardless of how busy the venue was, to ensure their guests received a first class experience Many salaams

What i liked most about this hotel was that the kindness of the service and respect from the staff to every customer. We were very comfortable and never felt misbehaved for any our regards. I want to send my thanks to all the staff. Me and my wife wish to visit again in September.

The Royal Savoy has exceeded all mine and my wife’s expectations. We were there for our honeymoon. The welcome, hospitality, courtesy, decoration and complimentary items for the honeymoon were outstanding and astounding organised by Shehab and Hind at the reception. The breakfast buffet, seafood, Turkish and Rosmarino restaurants were beyond five stars. Quality, variety, cleanliness and attention to detail is praiseworthy. Egyptian hospitality is something that everyone should witness and experience. Special mention to Ahmed Atef, Ahmed Ali and Alaa at the beach and the bar. They are mind readers! They always had a smile, great sense of humor and not intrusive, striking a delicate balance between attentive luxury service and allowing you to enjoy the serenity if the beach. We look forward to come back Insha Allah, this time with a group of friends. Thank you, Alf Shukran
