Unfortunately had to visit medical center of this hotel. Russian speaking lady was extremely rude, when we entered she was just on her phone wearing headsets, when I said that we came just to check blood pressure she ignored than I repeated myself so she could hear me. The reply I got “I heard you first time” 🤷🏻♀️After charging us 5 euro for blood pressure check I wanted to pay by card, she said there is no such services only cash. In general she was very rude and when I asked her to speak polite she said she is not suppose to speak politely with us, like it’s not her job. Overall such a treatment for people who is going through some health emergency is unacceptable. I was with my elderly mom and instead of helping us she was stressing us more. I believe such a person not suppose to work in customer service especially medical field.

Great place and amazing staff!! The Animation team was also spectacular "Animation, no problem " as Paulo said , Paulo and Katya specifically made our stay unforgettable with their good energy❤ See you all very soon!!

Вот начну с основного, еда На 1* даже меньше, обслуживание на 1*, даже меньше. Бармены, за баром, пьяные, как умалишённые, просят чаевые как бедные. Расположение 4*, очень даже хорошо. Номера 2* и менее. Если вы хотите увидеть хороший вид, ок, если за отдыхом моральным, то точно не сюда

Un villaggio meraviglioso completo di tutto adatto a chiunque soprattutto a chi vuole divertirsi e fare baldoria perché ci pensa IL SUPER TEAM DELL'ANIMAZIONE composto da tante belle persone capaci di regalare sorrisi e fare star bene chiunque. Io ho legato particolarmente con Paolo e Martina , due ragazzi adorabili che voglio ringraziare col cuore perché mettono tanta passione nel loro lavoro , senza togliere nulla al resto del team che è altrettanto pazzesco ..... Consiglio vivamente una vacanza al domina . Grazie Paolo ❤️ e Martina ❤️ spero di rivedervi presto . Alla prossima vacanza .

Vacanza in famiglia speciale!!! Animazione grandiosa, sempre con un’attività nuova da fare tutto insieme !! Soprattutto Donato Vola, uno degli animatori più divertenti del villaggio, sempre attivo e con una battuta da condividere ai turisti!

Posto bellissimo e servizio clienti disponibilissimo. L'animazione è spettacolare, sa intrattenere e fare divertire gli ospiti, consigliatissima. Soprattutto nel caso chiedere di Donato (detto anche Dolly) che è il migliore!!!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti!

La struttura è molto bella ed accogliente, i servizi impeccabili e lo staff sempre pronto ad anticipare i nostri desideri. È stata una vacanza all’insegna del relax e dello sport con i tornei organizzati dal mitico Donato e con i divertenti spettacoli dell’animazione serale. Da ripetere
