Sheffield (Arena)

Visited this hotel as it is close to the arena and had a wonderful stay here. The room was so lovely, due to the refurbishment going on at the moment. The staff were all very nice, friendly and efficient. We opted for the meal deal at the hotel for £26.99 and really was value for money. 2 course evening meal, a drink included and then all you can eat breakfast in the morning. Both the food in the evening and the breakfast was delicious and would highly recommend eating here, especially for the price. This hotel is a bit out of the way from the city but perfect if you are visiting the arena. We did however jump on a bus into the city centre, which was quite pleasant so not a major issue really. Well done guys, you are all doing an amazing job 😊

Great facilities and customer service which gave us time to relax and enjoy the moment. There was free parking which made us enjoy the stay at ease.

Slight problem with damp odour in one of the rooms booked. Couldn't move until the 2nd night. Staff made up for it, such friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Much appreciated.

Premier Inn Sheffield Arena I breakfast there with a friend on a regular basis (usually on a Monday morning ). Breakfast is walk in style all you can eat with plenty to offer or cooked to order if not busy. For £10 it's a great start to the day. The staff Michelle and Dawn are helpful friendly and welcoming and it's always good to see a smiling face nothing is to much trouble and if you order the breakfast cooked from the kitchen the fried eggs are perfect I also recommend the sausages. So if you're passing or stopping have the breakfast but double check who's on at the arena first to assure a place or could be left disappointed.

Fantastic stay in a premier plus room. Very clean and great facilities. Breakfast was really delicious. Michelle at breakfast was so attentive throughout. Would highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to the tram straight into the city centre

This place should have been closed while undergoing major renovation work. From 8.00am the roof felt as if it was going to fall in due to work happening upstairs.

nice welcome was quick check in and room was what you need to sleep after a concert hair dryer was a bit hit and miss .. breakfast was nice and staff were helpful and very busy thanks handy for a concert saves the que in the car park plenty car parking at hotel

had food in the restaurant and i was served by sarah and she was a very good host and checked up on us the whole time. i really enjoyed my time at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. the food came out very quickly and was still hot when it was served to me.

Had food in the restaurant and the waitress (Sarah) went above and beyond to accommodate us and was more than helpful while we was there. Would highly recommend this place. And will use the restaurant again if we are in Sheffield, And thank you Sarah (“,)
