The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the service attitude was excellent. They even upgraded our room! The whole room features smart controls, a smart toilet, and a thoughtful design that caters to guest needs. The little robot delivering meals was a hit, and my child thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Our stay in the Longemont hotel was very relaxing and felt like home. The staff was very friendly, kind and always helpful. We stayed in the 18th floor and the view was spectacular. Always felt secure during our stay. One of the duty managers Mr Damon exceeded our expectations. All the amenities provided were easily accessible. Overall my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and spacious! Location was central and easy to navigate. The hotel was equipped with Smart AI - ‘Xiaodu’ to control the room settings and robots to send the delivery to our room. The staff was also professional and prompt in their service, their manager was checking in our stay to make sure that we were always comfortable. Recommend!

The receptionists are very nice and helpful, whenever I asked about the transportation and site seeing suggestion, they were willing to help. Just one point to be mentioned, the actual name of this hotel is 漾築酒店，which is totally different from I have booked, this misleading information have made me so confused. Bedside, the address is quite tricky, since this hotel is located at another hotel's 18/F and 19/F, suggested that the location details and how can travellers reach the hotel should be added inside the remarks.

酒店設施完善，早餐很豐富 衞生非常好，保潔每天都會打掃房間，拖地收拾水池衞生間，每天換新布草整理床鋪，看見我買了花回來，還每天很細心幫忙給花頭噴水 酒店環境很好 服務很棒，我到的時候是凌晨12點多了，前台小竹接待很有耐心，語氣温和，按照我的要求給我辦理了高樓層遠離電梯的房間，上樓的時候還會細心提醒左邊的電梯上樓離我的房間更近，後面我的朋友來找我也訂了這家酒店，我説能不能安排隔壁房間，想兩個人的房間近一點，被告知我們預訂的房型不同，於是免費幫我的朋友升級成和我一樣的房間，雖然我隔壁沒有可入住的空房間，但還是儘量給我們辦理在了同一樓層 外賣是由機器人送上來的，速度很快，中間有一次點外賣的時候把房間號填錯了，打電話給前台説了一下，前台幫我記着了，機器人送上來的時候沒有送錯 入住和退房的時候都給送了温水，走的時候還給了口罩，三月末瀋陽還是很涼的，也是流行感冒爆發期，服務還是很貼心周到的

I have to praise this B&B! The location is great. In Joy City, there is a subway downstairs. There is everything, shopping malls, convenience stores. The stall (the chicken rack was really delicious) and then we walked all the way to Zhongjie. The boss is also very nice, answering questions patiently and replying very quickly. The elevator card is unlocked and taken from the mailbox, and people do not need to muster up the courage to ask the security guard to swipe the elevator card. The decoration is super comfortable, simple and clean, so comfortable that I want to replicate it. Full of details, 2 different pillows, you can sleep on whichever you like. refrigerator. Washing machine, disinfection cabinet! Disposable item. There's even makeup remover. Not only a hair dryer, he also put a curling iron! ! Including the anti-collision sticker at the bathroom door and the perfect screen projection position. The mattress was super comfortable, and I asked the owner for the link. The sound insulation seems to be pretty good, anyway I slept until I woke up naturally. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the blinds. Looks nice, but will let through in the morning.
