Hotele w: Shenbei University Town/Fantawild Adventure, Shenyang

A good hotel, well located and a no-frills business hotel. The breakfast service was adequate and provides the necessary basics to start the day off. Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved (hair traces were found on the room couch) but otherwise a decent and adequate business hotel. Service at the reception can be improved with English speaking staff familiar with handling foreign passports. We would look to stay again in the future.

Facilities: This year's new opening, so the facilities are very new. The bed is very soft, and the central air conditioning provides even airflow. The soundproofing isn't perfect; you can hear some noise if you're near a shared wall. The automatic curtains don't always provide a perfect blackout in some areas, but it's not a major issue. Having a robot deliver food is very convenient. Hygiene: It's very clean, though there's a slight mop smell after the floors are cleaned. Environment: There's a free laundry room downstairs with good washing machines and dryers. Service: The cleaning staff (auntie) are very prompt, and the front desk service is also excellent.

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days. The place is very safe and accessible to metro, a nice stroll to the mall as well. The space was very clean with a great ambiance and the landlord was such a kind man of great help with all we needed during our stay . We totally enjoyed the stay and we’d 100% recommend.
